    Hi all NSD'ers :hello:

Thank you for the words of wisdom about the driving Soma and Spoon :kisses3: I actually overtook a lorry on the way home  was proud of myself :)

Well done on the overdraft Spoon :T
    :hello:
That's great Kathy, well done, you just need to practice to build your confidence up a bit. The first time you overtake something it just seems impossible, but the sense of pride once you get past it is incredible:j

Thanks, I'm really please with my achievement, it's a milestone for me, definitely:D

Have a good weekend with OH
boultdj: :j yay, well done, 15 NSDs, the dancing kitty is now yours - you’ve done really well this month. :j Please look after kitty, she’s very fussy and doesn’t like change much;), but you like cats so I’m sure she’ll be fine with you.;)
Do you want to give yourself a revised target now, or are you happy with the bottle of champagne for the rest of the month (it’s refillable:rotfl:)

    Well done to:
:jjintyb: well done for no 13 - yay - only 2 more to get now
Thanks for the florentines, I had a sneaky one with a cup of tea this morning, went back to have another one this afternoon to find that chris had finished them off:eek:
Hope the gardening went well - did you find any ancient civilisations in the corner of the garden:rotfl:?
Hope you managed to get no 14 today and well done for the win yesterday, result all round today then!:T
:jchris81418: well done for no 16 - yippee indeed, only 3 left to get now, brilliant.
Thanks, I’m really pleased with myself, and you should be too judging by your signature, over halfway now, you’ve done really well. :T
    Hope you enjoy the wedding:D
:jteenyweenyspender:  hi, I was getting worried about you, haven’t seen you for a few days, but you’ve been busy by the looks of it;).
Well done for getting to no 15 this week - you’re doing brilliantly, only 5 more to get now:T
:jelfen: well done for no 14 today, only 1 more left to get. Hope you enjoyed your lunch out today, taking your own is a great idea:T
:jkarenccs67: well done for no 10 - double figures is a real milestone. Only 5 more to get now, you can do it!:T
:jkathy40uk: well done for no 17 - Johnny is edging ever closer;).
Leaving your purse at home is definitely working for you, and some strong post-payday spending going on there - brilliant:T
:jLadyfromVenice: well done for no 14 - one more to get now, nearly there, kitty is waiting patiently.;)
Good luck with the grocery shopping tomorrow and  to the printer, what a pain.:(
    Fingers crossed for Monday
:jLooloo: well done for no 11 today, Johnny is waiting patiently. Fingers crossed for no 12 tomorrow.
Av0n face creams are really good, well done for being organised on the spends though:T

    And hello to everyone else:
TMVen: glad the first shift went well, you’re bound to be tired, first day back at work for a while, but you’ll soon get back into the routine, I’m sure;)
Enjoy the weekend with your mum and sister - oooooh.... that’s some serious spending:eek:, but you’re right, you only live once and it’s your mum and sister after all
determined new ms: don’t stress, you’ll get there finally and it will be even better as the last one has been a challenge:). Have a lovely weekend:)
Nargle: I’m watching:rotfl: ..... hoping you managed no 9 today;)
GeorgieFTB: oh noooooo to the bus incident - how embarrassing:o:o. Hope nothing was damaged but your pride and the shoe. Glad your day ended on a better note:T
Fingers crossed for Sunday, you are so near to target no 2, keep going:)
ifwishes: you’ve got an excuse for no NSDs over the weekend, been enjoying yourself too much;)!!! Good luck for tomorrow - remember, no sneaking out to buy chocolate:p
Jo_Rourke: sorry hubby isn’t very well:(, hope the medicine and fruit is helping (men are such babies when they’re ill). Glad you enjoyed the film and liking the positive attitude, you will get the remaining 2, definitely:T
katholicos: ahhh...but the taste of the freshly-dug tatties will outweigh the lost NSD ten-fold:T.... can’t beat tatties straight out of the ground, one of the best things ever:T

No 18 in the spoon household today:j. I haven’t been out of the house all day, no interest in shopping (I must be sickening for something:rotfl:..). Hoping for no 19 tomorrow as well, fingers crossed.

Off to do the usual update now, see you all tomorrow.

    Good morning all!

Here to report no 14 for yesterday!
Got stuck into the garden with OH yesterday, got loads done. Lots of weeding, grass cutting and generally tidying up and its looking great!:D I love my garden but with the dodgy weather lately it got a bit out of hand!
I also cleared out my filing cabinet (AKA the kitchen cupboard) and sorted a mountain of paperwork into keep/shred/ recycle piles, so feeling very pleased with myself!:D
I am going for no 15 today - that kitty WILL be mine by close of play tonight!

Today I've got a bit of ironing to do but that's it - knitting and reading and relaxing for me today!

Well done Spoon on your increasing NSD's - BTW dont blame Chris for scoffing the florentines, Im sure I saw you sneaking them into the tardis:rotfl:

TMVen - glad your first shift went ok - you go girl!:T And Georgie - if that had a happened to me with the shoe I would have been spending too - one of those days you just have to give in to!;)

I'm off to update my sig -
    Have a lovely day everyone!:)

you will always be rich enough to be generous.

    Good morning!

Yesterday's wedding was beautiful - and to top it off, we were watered and fed for free, so yesterday was an unexpected NSD taking my running total up to 17 NSD!

BTW - thanks for the florentines jintyb they were yummy! I'm sure I left a few for everyone else to try ... there must be a hungry lil' elf lurking on the thread - sorry Spoon :)

Hope everyone is having a good weekend too!

Don't get me wrong..I like chocolate! Honest. No, really. I do...but to have a marathon & follow it up with a mars is see-ree-us chomping _pale_ I would suggest having a break in between, but you'd probably have a kitkat :rotfl:

....Got stuck into the garden with OH yesterday at least you had someone to talk to!.... with the dodgy weather lately it got a bit out of hand! I thought it may have caused the situation; guess the rain has turned the garden into a swamp....
Hey Folks! *slowly pushes plate of suspect walnut crumbs under desk with foot* I've had a read & can't believe I haven't visited since Thursday  Someone [:doh:must make more notes!*] said they thought they'd made more nsds than first thought, till checking their diary. Someone else [see *] was after tips to prevent spend days..I cannot promote keeping a spending diary enough :o I was doing really well filling in my spreadsheets until last month & foolishly thought I could catch up this, but of course it hasn't happened. As a result my spending has crept up & I don't LIKE IT :angry:I feel I've lost the little control I held & now I've to work hard to get that back, but I will get it back!

Having said all of that, I've managed another three nsds taking me up to 16, helped along with having the money in a jar ready to pay the window-cleaner. Unlike yours Cheryl, ours turns up when he feels like it so no pattern to his visits, so I put the money by on an already spendy day :D
