Ok, so I was all excited about coming and claiming another NSD today, as I havent left the house so havent spent anything, right? Wrong!!
Actually, I spent a vulgar amount of money today, booking tickets for holiday of the decade / OH's b-day / my B-day / our 5 year annaversary. I only booked his ticket today (getting mine in a week or so), but lets just say it was zonks of moolah.:eek:
I had a lovely birthday get together yesterday, with lots of nice pressies and cupcakes brought by my friends. The best bit was a little sneaky suprise from OH - an Egyptian friend who I havent seen in ages and doesnt live in the country landed on my doorstep as a suprise! Great fun had by all, though I think my body weight is about 75% cupcake at the moment....Mortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000

Sunnylooloo wrote: »Morning all. Today is a NSD - at work and brought my left over pasta for my lunch. We are taking the little loos to the cinema later to watch Toy Story but I brought the tickets on Friday my spend day (saved some money as we already had our 3D glasses - such a rip off that they make you pay for them!) I have popcorn in the cupboard which I have left Mr Looloo to microwave - god help help me! and we have drinks that I brought when I was shopping on Friday. So I am feeling quite proud!
Wow!! That is serious organisation!! I really want to go and see Toy Story 3 as well, will bear in mind your organised-ness when I go!! Thanks! :money:Hello NSDers
Happy birthday Boultdj, have a fab day.
Reporting NSD 22 please Spoon, (which was yesterday)
I'm a little miserable:( because of how I ruined my NSD today, I would have been 1 day away from getting JD *sob sob*
On my lunch break, at work, I decided to go out for a walk, leaving my cards as i now do to avoid temptation - on my way out a work colleague asked if i was passing by w4itros3, and if was, to grab a few things if I don't mind, so she handed me the cash (from petty cash) and a little list.
Done the shopping, came back, and realised I was missing a fiver from the change:mad:, I'm hundred percent certain the assistant gave me the fiver and a few coins in change. So I must have dropped it somewhere. I had to re-imburse it, (i secretly hoped she would say don't worry about it, it's only a fiver:D), (nsd rescued) but hell no, she didn't.
Now I will see what else I need and make the best of the ruined nsd.
Well done all and let's keep going.....
Oh no!!

Tomorrow will be a spend day but I should be good after that.
