Haha, they've given me 2 full accounts though, A&L are shocking by the sounds of it and Halifax don't want to take me.
If I wait until the start of next year I could probably get away with applying for 2 on the same day... Natwest normal card and if they decline me then go for Halifax current account (to build up an internal rating there)
Just finished writing to Santander to shut my Abbey account. A&L next and Yorkshire too0 -

The card says Platinum on the front but the agreement says it is a progress card?Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

lol I complained about my £100 limit and told them the summary box stated it would be a minimum of £500, they told me some rubbish about how they conveniently changed the summary box just days after I applied to show £500, whereas before according to them, it was £100.
If you're complaining, I'd gather some evidence such as print outs/screenshots of the summary box. If they try and tell you the same rubbish they told me, you'll have some proof.

The card has Platinum on it but on the credit agreement it states that it is a progress card.
Well you never know, if you're really well behaved you could get a limit increase to maybe £200 or even £300!! Think of the buying power!
