Lloyds TSB are getting weird... Now that I've got a 'spensive phone I want insurance... Three would sell it to me for £10 a month. Had a look on LTSB site and they do it.
Weird thing is they let me upgrade to a Gold account on my online banking and said my Gold debit card will be with me soon... What? I thought I had a CPD?
Strange folk, LTSB. I'll post up a pic when the card arrives
Well, I've given up on them. I'm in the process of moving everything out of LTSB. Salary transfer should be complete by Monday.
Shame really, but I hate being treated and spoken to like a 5 year old.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -

Even funnier when you start reading parts of the Comsumer Credit Act to them. Ha

Hi all.
havnt been on the forums for a while. I havn't had the best of times over the past couple of months.
I am in the process of going Bankrupt and have got my court date in august. I was wondering wether anyone on here has been through this process and would be willing to explain the process and possibly recomend any advice.
I would also like to know how long i would have to wait before i can start to rebuild my credit rating after discharge. I recently opened a Lloyds TSB account as a parachute account to have my JSA allowance paid into. Will i be allowed to keep this account open?
Was hoping to avoid this situation, but after getting fresh defaulted accounts and no job to service my debt i see no option.
Thanks in advance.0 -

The majority of my accounts were opened between 2002 and 2006.
I suffered a similar fate back in 2007 which resulted in numerous defaulted accounts. All these defaulted accounts have just reached 3 yrs old. When i got a new job in 2007 i started to pay them down.
All remaining accounts were opened in late 2008 and 2009 and are subprime accounts such as vanquis. These were opened in order to rebuild my credit rating.0 -

Ok, well prior to going BR come see me over here and i'll try and get them deemed unenforceable for you: Unenforceability & Template Letters IV
You have nothing to lose, plus if you're already defaulted; after 6yrs the entries will be gone forever without the stigma of b/r hanging over you......2010 - year of the troll
