Thanks everyone
, all your messages cheered me up. Surprised anyone's still reading this after all my whinging :rotfl:! Probably are stress related, but not sure how on earth I am meant to live a less stressful life. I do have the free relaxation classes coming up though which may help.
On the MFW side, I did another onepoll today, and spent some time on the grabbit and freebies boards. I have asked for a ring back from barretts to get a £10 M&S voucher, and applied for free tomato seeds and foundation. I also managed to get 1 mixed case of wine from M&S, £30 for 12 bottles including delivery. Bought one, OH just told me to get another but they have pulled the deal now! Did think about getting 2, but I don't want to dip into savings too much this month. We'll just have to make them last! Also found a vintage glass cakestand with cake slice for £5 in a charity shop on way home, I have just the friend in mind for this so that is another birthday present sorted
.
Got off bus and speed walked 20 mins to DD's school, and have done 10 mins of exercise on the ball. Wanted to do more, but DD decided she was hungry AFTER I offered to make food, so had to stop! Will count it as 1 x 30 min session in total.
On the decluttering front, we have 13 tins of paint for recycling :j!
The hallway is now mostly elephant's breath, it is lovely and I am much happier with it!
Going to make some daal - an extremely cheap store cupboard standby - tuck DD in, then flake in front of telly. Have fancy do tomorrow night that I've helped organise, so want to be perky and rested for that.

A good evening, lots of networking and mingling. Canapes and wine were great
. Pleased to be associated with it. Total spent including couple of drinks and a pasty on way home £10
.
Spoke to C&G, confirmed £1800 get out fee after 1 March , but at least no surprises there.
Works were signed off by buildings reg guy today on final inspection, he said they were very good. Have come home to painted hallway, only glossing for OH to do now.

Thanks Incyder, if the mystery man in his 30s in black is reading, I know of a museum that could do with a couple of million for a major capital building project in your area
and would help keep a certain MFW in a job! Is reassuring to know that people can be so generous, well done Wiltshire museum!
Totally forgot I posted last night, must not drink and post!

Cheers courgette, it is a cross between a grey and a brown, a bit sludgey but quite light! Good thing I don't do the making up of names for paints! I love the names F&B do, we have mouses' back in our bedroom
. We are progressing, once carpet is in I will take some piccies.

I can't wait to see some photos. I like the name of the paint. Sounds really exotic. My living room/dining room is a cross between brown and purple depending on what light you look at it, and i love it. We are just going to go over it in the same colour as we have, so hopefully that should make our redecorating an easier job for once.
I'm fed up of huge projects.
