Thanks SuzieSue - I have eliminated all the main food triggers for a year now, and also tried a stricter diet (which made them worse to the point I wasn't well enough to see it through). I did see one of the food hospital with a woman, but not with a bloke so I'll look it up. I do have a specialist, he thinks if I haven't found a trigger by now I am unlikely to find one, and I'm sure he said only 1 in 3 migraines have food triggers. Luckily I have found a (temporary) cure through pregnancy, which also means I can't test anything out as I won't know if they work til I'm suffering with them again!

It was a while back, so it might have been a woman but I think it was a little boy and I seem to remember that drew a picture showing how dreadful he felt before he changed his diet.

I saw that - it was a little boy and the changes were remarkable.
I watched the one about eczema as my DD1 suffers terribly. We've been through all the conventional treatments - which basically meant stronger steroid creams, which we don't like. The study on the TFH helped a man by changing his diet and DD watched so now wants to see a food allergy specialist. My GP says it's not food as she doesn't have asthma or hayfever, so it's not an allergen.

I guess they have cherry picked certain cases, but sadly not one cure fits all. Perhaps the answer is more babies MW? :D
