It may be worth checking the planning permission for the Peel Centre. Such locations often have it a condition that parking must be free. If that is so in this case then I foresee some interesting possible developments.

Good point. Hope someone knows how to do this or is local enough to find out.

That troll has possibly stirred up a hornets' nest for Excel (and aww, he's only a neighbour who happens to live nearby and has stumbled across this thread - LOL!).

Indeed you have but do not expect to be taken seriously by anyone with more than 4 brain cells.

Sir Roger, OTOH, is a trusted and valued long standing poster in this forum.

That is impossible, there is a cut off point of 6 years that they can take you to court, after that its not possible! now go and tell porkies elsewhere because I don't believe you for one minute.

These are unenforceable tickets, and they are not recognised in law, they are just pretty pieces of paper that they send out trying to scam people, these PPCs have not won defended case in court in all the years they been out there scamming, what does that tell you ?

Take a look at this post and the video in it

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I have had another FINAL notice lol....

Bring it on con artists! I hope if it does go to court the judge does see sense as I had a genuine reason.

    Not giving up now :T
  • Why would a legitimate enforcement agency be trying to con you?

If you have received a ticket, it is for a good reason.

They are not an "enforcement agency", they are a private parking company/debt collector with no special powers. You people have delusions of grandeur.

    Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! :rotfl:Enforcement Agency my aaarrrse!

You really are worried about this forum aren't you? Are takings down that much - tough!

You are on here almost as much as the regulars who tell people never to pay your pieces of rubbish, haven't you got a job to go to...? Not for much longer maybe, if people know about your scam then they won't pay - and the 'percentages game' will no longer work will it?

I notice that they have given up on trolling on pepipoo, its been quite dull lately.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
