Wii Fit questions

I had one as a birthday present this week. I'm an avid yoga enthusiast and also attend weekly Pilates, Aquasize and Hydrotherapy sessions. Having had a hip replacement I am quite one-sided and I'm finding the Wii fantastic for my balance as it calculates your centre of gravity and tells you if you are wobbly.
The yoga programme is excellent. It will tell you (gently) if you're not in the correct position - something a dvd (or an instructor in a busy class) can't.0 -

Thanks for this (and the reply from mupette as well). I think the Wii fit will be a good move for me, so after Christmas I will have a look around for one in the sales (hopefully!)
Mnay thanks!

I have recetly bought a Wii and Wii Fit Plus, and I have to say I am loving it! I have spent ages already on there. However, I have a couple of questions, that one of you Wii experts may know the answer to:
1. The Wii Fit Plus is too chatty when I first go into it (why on earth does it ask questions like: "Have you had your lunch yet?"
for instance!) This is irritating me, as all I want to do is to get in and start an exercise. I seem to spend so long clicking 'A' to get past the inane chat that I run out of time to do any exercise. Is it possible to turn the chat off, or bypass it?
2. Because of the above, I am spending more time on the activities in the Wii Sport and Sports Resort (which I really like anyway and some of them are quite aerobic). Is there any way I can get the time spent on these activities into the Wii Fit Plus records? It's annoying me when I go in and WFP tells me that I have only done 7 minutes excerise whereas in total I have spent over an hour in Wii Sport.
I like the idea of recording my total exercise, but it all falls down rather if I can't add things into Wii Fit Plus.
Any help gratefully accepted, I am very much a new user so don't assume I already know the basics!
