Free listing on ebay this weekend, woo hoo! :j:j:j Must get on with some stuff, but at least it means I can do my relists.

I got my statement from the loan I paid off today. It says I am now £53 odd in credit  So where is my cheque for that credit amount????? I enclosed a letter with the cheque settlement payment saying that the settlement figure I was given on the phone was higher than that on the statement for the previous month, so if there was an overpayment to send it back to me.

Numpties. On one sheet of the statement it says I am in credit, on the other, it just takes into account my normal monthly payment and does not look like I've paid anything off. Good job I cancelled the DD so they couldn't 'accidentally' take the monthly payment.

All this from an account which was exclusively online. I took it out for this reason. Then it got taken over by Santander and they removed all online facilities.

DH is working today, and I'm just mooching around. I have so much I should be doing, but am not. It's free listing, so I should be listing on ebay, I have loads to do around the house, but here I am losing all my points on bingoport without a sniff of a win!

I really should go and so something productive :o

Well I've been a little busier since I was last on. Got all the washing done, changed the beds, tidied through, did the dishes. Had a phone call from a friend who is currently mid-chemo, so that was nice and unexpected.

I've sold a book on amazon yay! Which I think gives me around £3. I've got some bits going out on ebay in the next hour or so, and it looks like a handful of items are selling so pleased with that as it's all relists. I did go through and reduce the prices of some items and it seems to have worked so that's all good.

Right, must not slow down or I will lose momentum!

Hope everyone is having a good day!

I've decided that I am going to totalise my ebay and amazon sales in my signature, rather than have monthly targets this year. See how much I really manage to sell throughout the year. I'll probably add on my amazon vouchers earned through surveys and bingoport too to see how much it pays off for me.

DH and I sorted through a couple of boxes yesterday, so there has been some progress made. Nothing has actually left the house yet, but it has a destination in mind so it's good.

We went booting yesterday morning and I spent a grand total of 20p on some shower gel. It was very quiet, and very slippery underfoot too considering it was only a frost really.

    Hi jwil

Oooh good idea about seeing what you make on Amazon over the whole year. Sometimes nice not to have a target in mind and just see how it goes. I've got 4 things on ebay just now and going to look for some books to put on Amazon so hopefully a good start to the 2011 clearout for me :)

    Good luck ma dear!

Thanks La Escocesa, I'm no good at keeping records, so have no idea how much I've sold over the last few years. I figured I'd like to see and that was the easiest way for me to keep track!

    Good luck with your sales!
