Dh is very 'kindly' sorting me out a load of stuff to put on ebay :p Not exactly what I had in mind, but it's all decluttering anyway.

The only problem is, I haven't started listing yet :o

Safest thing is to not come on here until you HAVE listed a couple of things. :)

You can put your boot away now peaceandfreedom because I have now listed an item on Turbolister :D

Going to carry on now until 8.30 and then that will be me until lunchtime when I'll try and do some more.:A

    Well done that girl. :T

I ironed another two bundles of kids' clothes while watching The Apprentice last night - will try to get those on ebay in the next couple of days but lots of proper work to do first.

Aw, hope it turns up, Eltee!

My lunch is sorted - it's the chicken salad I inexplicably couldn't eat yesterday for tea.

Another pound down today, it's going well.

The strange thing is that though I occasionally get hungry towards mealtimes, I am never out-of-control-will-chow-down-anything-in-sight hungry, I am always happy to wait until I've prepared my meal. I have completely lost any interest in biscuits / cakes etc - there are plenty in the house and normally I'd be having some with coffee and tea at odd times during the day, but no. It's good, still a fair way to go but I'm hoping that in another few weeks, people might begin to notice a small change. I am already noticing less muffin-top over the jeans. :o

The diet is relatively easy to stick to because it allows me to eat most of the things I like. So today is:

Breakfast: bacon and eggs and tomatoes (all fried)
    Lunch: chicken salad.
Not sure about tea but am thinking of making that dyno-rod soup you mentioned, Jwil.

    Another typical day would be:
Breakfast: Porridge with yogurt, strawberries, blueberries
Lunch: Smoked mackerel, feta and tomato salad
Tea: Prawn & Beef stir-fry (no rice)

Anyway, haven't had breakfast yet because I had no bacon and the butcher doesn't open until 9 o'clock. See y'all later.

further to my lunch - flagged down the nex bus goung back the other way. Interrogated the driver - much to his and the passengers' amusement - he was the one after mine, so I missed it going back the other way.

    Bah!

Hope you managed to get something for lunch eltee - I'd be most annoyed if I'd made the effort to make something and then forgot it!

Well done on the extra lb off! :T:T:T

Now, this sounds like the type of diet for me - I'm definitely going to look up some info.

I am thinking of pinching the cat or dog's worming tablets :rotfl: I'm eating for the world at the moment  Something that would help my mindless snacking would be of great benefit.
