    [QUOTE=JMFoster;

Good Day to all the loosers who spend their time wittering away at peoples misery and worry on here[/QUOTE]

JMFoster - you have now libelled me, I am not a looser. Unless you are prepared to withdraw this remark and apologise, I will instruct my solicitor to commence proceedings against you

    PS your grammar sucks.

Firstly, what are you implying about JMFoster just signing up?

Suggesting that you could be a troll touting your own/connected business quite obviously i would have thought. Allegedly of course....
Secondly, some secondary education may be due in your case, your spelling/english is appalling

Spend some time on forums to learn the general etiquette and rules - it may improve your time on them and stop you coming across as a bit of an idiot...... allegedly
Thirdly, we asked for constructive info on IPG, not rubbish

Someone telling you not to pay an unknown third party up front for a service that generally is transacted without any upfront fees is not really rubbish.
Do you have any details of the company - company number, link to website etc (sorry if its in earlier posts but can't be bothered to check)
Fourthly, Legal action can be take against anyone stating/writing/copying false info on a company or someone

So before you post again, think carefully my dear

Ignoring your grammar and spelling issues which as I stated earlier is rather a rude thing to point out, libel is notoriously expensive and difficult to prove through a court, especially as you have to prove malice was intended. I am sure you already know that though.

The question that hasn't been answered I believe is why would any would be investor not simply purchase a property via his contacts with estate agents etc?

Your wish is my command, I have emailed the contact address on this site and asked for you to be removed and for your contact details to be passed to my Solcitior (I will not have them, but they will) and we will see who comes of best in a small claims court for defamation of character.

If you can sue me as well please, that'd be great - I'm having a quiet day today

In my opinion you are the classic case of the proverbial plonker. I personally would use different words, but for legal issues, I will refain.

As noone knows who you really are - how will you prove defamation of your character?
You aren't very good at all this are you?

I don't think people really understand the nature of libel. Personal insults, like "you're stupid", are nowhere near libel. Even if something is libel, it's not at all easy to get damages for an online poster. Everybody here is anonymous, and it's almost impossible to show real harm has been done. Sorry, there's no point going to a solicitor.

Just as a warning, though, some of what has been posted about IPG is potentially libellous.

None of this is slander in any circumstances, as it's been written down.

Hello, wondering if anyone out there has heard of [or used] the cash for properties offers available?
I was days away from completion re house sale and found out this morning that the buyer has dropped out as its 'too stressful'.........I need to sell my house as on the strength of him buying, I stopped working two weeks ago as am moving to another country and renting.
I need to look at options and one could be a quick sale for cash. One i contated is homesavers uk who said they will offer full asking price but will pay about 2/3rd of the price quickly and the other third after 18 months. They say its all legal and done via solicitors etc.
I am interested as it will get me out of this situation, but concerned that I will be throwing money down the drain - so if anyone has used this or a similar agent, please let me know the outcome and pitfalls!
Thanks very much, its such a worrying time so any advice is useful!

You don't need to add the allegedly there. You are perfectly entitled to say that he is coming across as an idiot, and it won't be actionable. On the whole, people who threaten legal action for trivial comments on a forum like this certainly do come across as an idiot.

Lynda, I think you should post this as a separate thread. The problem I see with this is that you may not get the balance of the value in 18 months time. What security will you have? You really need a first charge on a decent chunk of propety to secure this, but they probably won't give you that as they want to mortgage your house themselves. I certainly wouldn't want to be making an unsecured loan of 1/3rd the value of my house to some unknown limited company. Sorry. You might be better off to drop the asking price on your property for a quick sale or put it in an auction.

    I love this thread.

I haven't defamed any person you JMfoster are an internet user :)... i have no idea who you are or who you are going to be :). Its pretty hard to rubbish your own name.

Also why would you bother contacting the website for an individuals username?

And yes my grammar sucks but i don't really care.. im ttyping quickly so as to avoid wasting too much previous time on this.

But seriously why would anyone come across so reluctant to listen to warnings.. these people are trying to help you and others (if what you say was correct and you was thinking about using this service etc).

But in my opinion... the entire thread sounds fishy, threatening legal action on an internet message board is kinda funny. And I've read this thread for its humour value. What it seems to me is this site would be a great place for new upstart businessess to advertise (which is against the site rules) or to falsify reviews of good practice of said business.

People think this because you've just joined, only really commented in this thread and are aggressively threatening legal action over someone disagreeing with you. If it went to court it'd be chucked out for wasting time.

Its not hard to think you are somehow connected with this group as you are arguing against common sense on their behalf a fair bit. This may be totally false, you may be a worried user of their service... this is down to peoples opinions to draw their own conclusions based on the information provided here.

OK - seen the first post and the company details. The new company (not the one that was posted) set up by the same director in May 2010 is under company number 07252068 "Invest P G Ltd" .
As with all new start up companies - beware of paying any monies up front. Hopefully its all genuine and everyone will be happy of course
