I find it odd that JMfoster has just signed up.... probably to reply to this thread.

Many scams work on the principle of a 'buddy'.. like recently i went to mexico and at the hoetl they ran this timeshare scheme. Ahead of us and a few other 'potential victims' was a guy... looked like an american tourist (cept he had way too good of a tan.. like hed been there for months/years)..

Along we get the hook... timeshare this, great services, book anytime of the year... great costs.... then the psychological convincement. The guy ahead signs the contract to huge applause, laughter and champagne.. as everyone celebrates a contract signing.

Whats the problem with the picture? well we saw the same guy do the same thing across from the beach a week later.... they was using him every time to say 'wooohooo my timeshare'.. when actually he was paid to act.

To anyone getting this service things dont add up. And whoever mentions libel or what not... you can bog off. On a discussion board i have the right to my opinion.. this isnt an advertising area for companies its for opinions and advice.

For example... if the fund was to stop you pulling out.... BUT you only paid it after exchange.... if you did pull out you'd expect to not pay it? but am sure the contract you sign will be concrete enough that you are still liable to pay the initial fee.

Secondly, some secondary education may be due in your case, your spelling/english is appalling

In line with the internet law on comments made about grammar, there are a few errors. I have corrected them below, and somebody will be along shortly to correct the errors in my correction, and so it will go on until we all tire of being pedantic.

Second, some secondary education may be due in your case, as your spelling/English is appalling.

    (Four corrections made.)

Please if u have nothing to say about the company in question which is usful info then please do not comment ,i am looking for comments off people who have info on them and have delt with them thanku

Hi Betty, I think you can assume that nobody here has actually dealt with them, apart from the couple of people who have responded. That may be because IPG are a start-up company or because they keep changing their name. Nobody knows for certain whether they are crooked or not, but a lot of people have voiced concerns. I think you should take those concerns very seriously indeed.

    I wish to second that!

As for the T&C's - the 1200 is to stop us pulling out of the deal at the last minute, as for a buyer, this "Mr Brown" is the alledged buyer, the properties are for his portfolio. We are going carefully with this one, the only way the deal is acceptable now is if we pay at the end of the deal.

Just noticed thi little gem, apparently he wants the house for himself. The usual way of doing this is you both instruct solicitors, he then pays a dposit on exchange and the full amount on completion, just like any other house purchase. Why was it ever even suggested you should pay money up front? It should be the other way round.

Fourthly, Legal action can be take against anyone stating/writing/copying false info on a company or someone

So before you post again, think carefully my dear

    *shakes head*

It is my opinion (and just that, I am not stating this to be fact) that this sounds like a classic scam, known as "Advance fee fraud".

Pay the money if you wish, but it all sounds too good to be true.

I think you will find that if you post something which is factually incorrect and damages a company, then yes, you can be open to legal action - stupid person!!! This thread was started by someone who wished to find out about a company, not to have our intelligence insulted by people who have nothing better to do than sit on here and comment, even though they know nothing about the subject. Get a life!

See comments further down page - I think you will find this interesting for you, best look at your own bank account if you have slagged a company/someone off for no apparant reason!

Up to now no one has been conned, to the best of my knowledge, myself and a couple of others have been searching for info on the company, before any money changes hands. I think you should read all the posts before commenting with your snippy half-baked info.
Arf. You replied to my one post three times to make different points? Stupid person. I can be sued for posting on this message board? I believe you are connected with this scam and are trying to con people to throw their money away. Go on, sue me. I dare you.
    Been away for a while.

Well, in principle, it is certainly true that you can be sued for posting libel on this message board. You had to sign up with a valid email address, so you can be traced.

Indeed, as a business plan, setting up an honest business that looks suspicious then waiting for adverse comments and suing for libel could make a bundle of money!

In my opinion you are the classic case of the proverbial plonker. I personally would use different words, but for legal issues, I will refain.

Your wish is my command, I have emailed the contact address on this site and asked for you to be removed and for your contact details to be passed to my Solcitior (I will not have them, but they will) and we will see who comes of best in a small claims court for defamation of character.

    Completely lost it now.
