when will you lot get it in your heads i asked for info i was given advice which i have taken and ended communication with this compony and can i had since posting this thread i have save a few people some money has they have read this before parting with there hard earned cash .i am not part of company i have not posted for a while has i was fed up with peoples abuse and accusations i am not a good speller but that doese not make me part of the company ,good luck to all trying to grt refunds and if u do ivolve police an need evidence i have all paper work

don't give poeple the benefit of the doubt and if it's too good to be true don't go for it . i have just had a really unpleasant experience with national homebuyers - charging 90 quid for a report that has massive holes in it and which i could have written .

I am shocked that your solicitor said to go ahead after seeing the T&Cs from IPG.

Have you asked your solicitor to explain what clause 4 (regarding refunds) in their Terms and Conditions of Business means?

I want to thank you for stating this forum, I would have gone ahead with it if i had not read all the comments . I am now putting my house on with a proper estate agent good luck with selling your house

Sorry that you have been caught, but I think you are in a better position than others because you almost certainly have a case against your solicitor. I would tell her that you want full recompense for the money you have lost as a result of her negligence, and don't let yourself be fobbed off - solicitors have reputations to protect, and there is a legal ombudsman who handles complaints that cannot be resolved between solicitor and client.

You certainly stand more chance of getting money back from her than you do from IPG. You're doing the right thing by reporting IPG to the fraud line, but sadly this won't get you your money back. Your solicitor can stand the loss more than you.

All those original posters who were saying how good this company was have gone quite... either the penny has dropped and they really were thinking of using the service... or as 'working for the company' there is little effort left trying to talk up a blatantly scamed and proven scamed company. Styill they got a bit of cashola.

no just fed up with people like you accusing me of being with the company and i never said how good the company was i was asking questions on it . get your facts right before you accuse people of things
