anyone heard of investment property group they say they have a buyer for my house

You say you have paid them no money, and then on two occasions you have said that they have not asked you for MORE money. Something seems a little odd.
Whats odd? We will be paying the 1200 upon completion, another poster has claimed that they have asked for more money from him/her. They obviously are expecting 1200 from us at some point, therefore they wont be getting anything else??????0 -

why on earth would a property investment group ring up when you are selling a car?0 -

There have been several inconsistencies with Inforeq's story over the course of this thread, I wouldn't take anything they say at face value.
A month ago Inforeq said they needed a sale ASAP and had agreed a price under market value to complete by the end of the summer.
A fortnight ago this changed to Inforeq saying that it is no hardship for them to wait 6 months and that "if they dont complete in that time scale then the deal will be cancelled - we wont have to pay anything."
When challenged about this contradiction Inforeq suddenly went very quiet only to now return again. Not surprisingly Inforeq's posts today are again trying to suggest that everyone else is wrong and IPG are in fact not the scammers many on here think they are.
For the avoidance of doubt for any new MSers who haven't read the entire thread, if I were you I would avoid investment Property Group like the plague and never ever pay an upfront fee to a company claiming they can sell your house.Every generation blames the one before...

I am not suggesting that everyone else is wrong, I think that is your forte. Some people are total !!!!!! ed's0 -
Why? I think he offers good advice - I'll repeat it. Never deal with a company that wants an upfront fee to sell your house
he may well think that it is good advice but all he does is get peoples backs up. Myself, along with others have not paid anything upfront!. Please read earlier posts.0 -

It is good advice.
I've read all of the posts. I have yet to see anyone who has paid an upfront fee successfully sell their house through Invest P G Ltd0 -

What you really mean is you are upset that I have pointed out that your story keeps changing.
I read your earlier posts very carefully...
Was it "circumstances change" that caused you to first claim you were never asked for payment up front and then a week later contradicting yourself?inforeq wrote:we actually have never been asked for fees up front, it was allways going to be on exchange of contractsinforeq wrote:yes we were asked for the money up front, we refused, therefore a new deal was drawn up,Every generation blames the one before...
