    It is good advice.

I've read all of the posts. I have yet to see anyone who has paid an upfront fee successfully sell their house through Invest P G Ltd

no-one at all appears to have sold there house as yet, regardless of whether fees are upfront or at the end.

What you really mean is you are upset that I have pointed out that your story keeps changing.

I read your earlier posts very carefully...

Was it "circumstances change" that caused you to first claim you were never asked for payment up front and then a week later contradicting yourself?

sorry to disapoint you tit, you dont upset me at all!

There is definitely something odd about some of those claiming to be IPG customers.

There is none odder than you! You sit on your PC (probably government funded) and add snippy little comments sporadically on here, thinking that you are the fountain of all knowledge.
You actually have nothing constructive to say about IPG, you had not heard of them until a month ago (as most of us had not either), you have not dealt with them, we asked on the forum for people who had dealt with them, not assumptions.

No one has had a deal go through with IPG, wether they paid in advance on at the end, no one knows how it is going to pan out.

Obviously there are issues with a few people and I would have issues with a company that wouldnt answer letters/emails/calls etc but they have been nothing but professional with me, I dont know if this is going to work out or not, just waiting to see what happens.

Many of us on here know exactly how it will pan out; in my opinion anyone who paid an upfront fee will never see that money again or sell their house through IPG.

The oddest thing is that when contradictions in your story are pointed out you repeatedly ignore these issues and revert to name calling.

Why did you first claim you were never asked for payment up front and then a week later say you were asked for the money up front?

Maybe this thread should just be updated when there is actually something to update rather than more personal insults and amateur sleuthing, both of which don;t really add anything to the considerable amount of info already within this thread

There are some local agents in our area who operate on a fixed fee sole agency basis and one of the options is that you get a reduced fee if you pay up front. As far as I know they are not scammers, they just opearate a business model that allows cheaper fees if you give them your cash in advance. Obviously the worry apart from them doing a runner is that once they have your money what financial incentive is there then for them to actively market your property?

Different case here but not everyone who operates a fee up front if necessarily a scammer as some like to portray. However if some of the experience of people who have supposedly dealt with IPG so far is anything to go by, then the outfit does not sound particularly professional

I know what my opinion would be if IPG approached me after taking some of the info from here and hopefully most others can also

Everyone is entitled to their opinion - you stated your opinion.

Mine is that you are addicted to sitting on here and commenting with insinuations about people and adding to their stress levels.
