inforeq, I would at least have a proper solicitor look over the contract when you do receive it... Is it the exchange contract or the contract for their services?

Still waiting for the contract to arrive, it should be here today or tomoz

"tomoz" is an unusual shortening for "tomorrow". In fact, I've only noticed one other poster is using it - his name was JMFoster. Sadly you won't be able to meet him because all his posts disapeared just before you signed up! Shame really because you seem to have so much in common...

Why don't we wait until contracts have arrived tomorrow before jumping the gun? Inforeq has posted nothing unreasonable IMO

And all the owners of this message board have to do is compare IP addresses.

Nobody would be that dumb and try to sneak back in under a different name, just to support a con.
    Been away for a while.

Anyway, I thought Mr Foster’s brief was getting you deleted?

    Perhaps that’ll be tomoz?
…Their website does not comply with either the Companies Act or EU E-Commerce Regulations so it is difficult to know exactly who is behind the company - this on its own would be a red danger flag to many people.
There are other things that make you wonder about the credibility of the business, especially as an internet based, mailbox business. These things indicate that the business owner lacks professionalism and business acumen. In itself, admittedly, not totally incriminating, but certainly a caveat that the situation is not pukka.
In your contract is there any circumstance other than a successful sale in which the fee will be paid?
A very very good point. Signing the contract (the contract for their services) without knowing 100% what the implications are, could mean your money disappears. Do you, for example, have to supply your card details to them for ‘later’ use?

It’s not for nothing that the current system is in use and works well.
