Glad it's not just me with the woodlice KC :rotfl: :rotfl: I was going at it with a hammer and chisel, so needed to get them out of the way rather than give them an almighty headache! :eek:0

Look at my new signature
(Mr Daffs gave me £30 towards last month's diesel last night - straight into patchwork fund :j :j :j)
A good way to start the day!:j

Nice start to the day indeed! Oh the woodlice - when we were chipping the old concrete off the wall there were loads making a run for it, and a millipede that kept hiding in the next bit of wall over until I got there and disturbed it again - slightly embarassing that I noticed the neighbours were out in their garden when I was going "come on Mr Millipede, go that way... no, that way.. silly millipede" :rotfl:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

ETA - yep, me too Squizz, I do it with everything, even ants ....2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Glad it's not just me! :rotfl: :rotfl: What a bunch we are :rotfl:0

Just came back in to chatter away about nothing in particular and spotted my signature and felt all proud
:rotfl: :rotfl:
In fact, hang on, there's some more to add to it! how did I forget that?? Best sort it out0 -
Right, that's better, another £20 into the Patchwork Fund - that's the last of last month's diesel from Mr Daffs, and means the Fund is up to £308! :T :T :T And my goal for the month was to get it to 25% - so that's nciely done too
Probably won't have too much else to add to it this month - although it does get my spare train fares, which may well be £48, which will tip me over to 26.1% - hooray! :j :j
(from now on I'll be adding £400 a month to it, so it should grow pretty quickly!)
Working working working today, and getting nowhere fastSneaked off for cuppa with friend earlier, so should really stick around til 6.30 - not too long now. Pulling fingers out for a productive last 45 minutes - I know how much I can get done in 45 minutes if the fancy takes me! :j :j
Then it's a nice run in the sunshine, and a leisurely evening of preparing for Scary Weekend adventures :rotfl:0 -
Run done :j :j :j
And cornflakes eaten
Futon, duvet, crocheted blanket, patchwork quilt, and a big pile of cushions in the car:rotfl: Blinds are all fitted (black on the outside (stealth mode), gold on the inside (glamour mode
). Have made a cover for the inside of the windscreen (pretty rudimentary, but I'm on a campsite, so don't need true stealth this time).
Just about to have a quick bath, then need to, er, do things like directions, clothes, and finding the darn flute! :rotfl:0 -

Sorry, bit slow but is this your scandinavian weekend or a weekend with Mr Daffs? Love the sound of the conversion for the ex guinea pig mobile. Very luxurious. It reminded of a caravan site that I read about in the Guardian travel supplement and have longed to go to here I just got my little travel notebook out to look it up. Must put it onto my list. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0
