    Pah, I can see I'm going to have to instigate a NO INTERNET ruling again soon! :eek: Haven't moved from the kitchen table (other than to the kettle :rotfl:) for the last 5.5 hours :eek: Which would be fine, if I'd have been working all that time - but in all honesty I probably could have done what I've done in considerably less time than that... :mad:

    And I'm still sat here in my smelly old running kit because I was 'just going to get a bit done' before having a shower :rotfl:

    So - quick shower and dressed, internet off, pop to the shops (for a bit of exercise, change of position, time away from the screen, and some milk), and then internet off, and head down for another 3 hours or so, and then tea and getting stuff ready for going to York tomorrow <yawn>

    well, I'm glad that's over and done with. I have NOT had a fun day today - and it's entirely due to my own lack of motivation, inability to work sensibly, inability to get things done, and lack of feeling of achievement :o

    Will have to address this very soon otherwise working at home is going to become a burden rather than a pleasure! :eek:

    At the office for the next 2 days so should get plenty done then.

    So, this evening. I've written a blog post (the first in 10 days -w hat happened there??) and I'm going to turn the computer off for the rest of the evening :eek: Need to:

    * pack stuff for work tomorrow
    * check weather - can I cycle??
    * spend half an hour in competition with Mr Daffs to see who can find the most things to get rid off :rotfl: this house has TOO MANY THINGS IN!
    * goals list - I'm in need of a bit of direction :o

    Er, that'll do for one evening I think! :D

    You have probably achieved more than you realise. I have days like that when working from home. Some days I just want to be in the office to have a natter. Just remember that if you were in the office all those natters would probably add up to the equivalent time you are distracted at home. It just feels worse because you feel as if you should be busy all the time when at home. Well that is what I tell myself on those kind of days.
    Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher

    Hope you're okay Cheery - the energy reserves are bound to fall a bit low from time to time, sleep well.
