    * cleaned bathroom :j
    * got dressed and had breakfast :j (every little helps, right??) :rotfl:
    * put clothes away from top of washing basket
    * emailed silly van man saying if he doesn't get in touch soon it's going to someone else
    * tidied kitchen and did washing up
    * dug out all old van MOTs (can't find V5 thing though, oops!)
    * checked transcribing file and filled in timesheet to post

    Hmm - remarkable lack of Phd on the list so far... :rotfl:

    But it's actually quite reassuring to see that I am doing *something*! :rotfl:

    What is the PhD Daffy?

    And that was a great idea to write list of what you have done! Very positive reinforcement!
    LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.
    (CC/LOAN = [STRIKE]36,378.98[/STRIKE] 35668.47. O/D = [STRIKE]1255.32[/STRIKE] 1212.35/[STRIKE]1999.78[/STRIKE] 1934.52, BUS = [STRIKE]9769.76[/STRIKE] 8714.98)
    Challenge = Debt at 31/01/12 = £25k. 2011 Payments = £1,944.19/£24,403.84

    There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

    Ok (do apologise for all the wittering on today, it's motivating me though!)

    Thought I'd keep a bit of a record... So

    Start of Shred:
    Weight: 11 st 12 Oops, just noticed this should be TEN stone 12!!
    Bust: 36in (although that's in a very squashed in sports bra - might have to do again in normal bra:p)
    Waist 33in
    Backside/hips: 41in

    Are you meant to measure thighs too? Why not, since I've got the tape measure out :rotfl:
    Thighs: 24in (good grief, did people really have waists as small as my thighs??! :eek:) :rotfl:

    Right then, it's been put off for long enough, got me shorts and trainers on, got me tins of value kidney beans instead of weights, and we're laughing! ( well, you all might be :rotfl:)

    Good luck kiddo! I'm going to measure me later on (I might not have the guts to tell the results, tho ) off now into town - seen a deal thats on in the newsletteras well, £14 for a breadmaker, but its out of stock over the whole country. Hey ho. Big sale on at M&S too - now that my house move is so near, I might just buy a few new things.... I've just thrown out 4 pairs of jeans, too many holes in them, yuck. See you later xx

    Good luck Karma! :j

    Well, I shreded, but measurements still exactly the same... :p

    Actually quite good fun (although I did say 'oh no, not again!' at least once...). Had to pause the darn thing twice, first cos the phone rang (wasn't van man though), and second becuase Mr Daffs came home :eek: And while he knows I'm doing it, it's not the same as actually *watching* me doing it! :eek:

    Anyway, day one done, back into the rest of the day now! Just having a cup of tea to restore normality... :rotfl:

    Yep, can still move, just walked to the post office and back in fact!

    Which obviously means I didn't do it properly! :rotfl:

    And yet *more* updating!

    * ate lunch :rotfl:
    * cleared last of our stuff out of van
    * rang silly van man to say he's got til 5pm to get in touch or I'll ring the other man...
    * did day 1 of Shred :eek::eek::eek:
    * went to post office to post letter
    * LOTS MORE clearing out and tidying of attic

    So, here we are at 5pm and I've done quite a bit, although no PhD :eek::eek: I'm giving the attic another hour at the most, to get it back reasonably ship shape, but I'm very pleased with what I've done today :j

    Just about to give up on the first silly van man and ring the second one who said he could be here in ten mins :eek:

    This evening, mr Daffs is off out, so I'll be doing a couple of hours of PhD, then perhaps a small run (although perhaps not...), a bit of transcribing, a nice bath, and a bit of knitting :j:j (oops, that sounded scarily like a list! Best stop thinking about it quick!) :rotfl:
