Oh Cheery - you are entitled to stomp about I reckon. Take whatever painkillers/ medicine you have to, a nice hot water bottle, nice cuppa tea and regular treats and just do what you can. It's a shame you have to plough on with the PhD chapter.
Enjoy your work trip tomorrow

Thanks Sparkly :j
I've been sucking throat sweets like they're going out of fashion, drinking lots of water, ate pancakes but they just made me feel over stuffed :rotfl: Tea isn't helping either!
However, I do feel a little more positive now I've got *some* work done and the washing on! Battling on with some more work, trying to finish before Mr daffs gets home - but no idea what time he's coming back so it's a bit of a gamble and is keeping me on my toes... :rotfl:0 -
Just read your post on another thread, and thought I would pop over and say hello and to let you know I don't have a life!
Spent the day messing with the figures, which still dont add up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope you feel a little better!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

Glad it's not just me then! :rotfl: Stupid pesky figures. Hope you tame them into submission (and I hope they're someone else's figures, and yours all line up beautifully as they should do!)
Feeling a bit more chirpy, although physically still rubbish. can see the end of the chapter though, and the prospect of a relaxed, guilt free pottering evening is just toooooo exciting! :cool:0 -
Have you finished and are you pottering?

I've just finished now! :j rather later than I'd hoped, and it really isn't as good as I'd hoped, but I *really* need a break, and I also *really* need to move on to the next chapter, time's running out!
So now I'm going to start pottering (although as it's so late that's mostly going to involve quickly washing up, then lying on the sofa with a book :rotfl:)

honeybear that's fab! Tea does indeed revive you
Will have to look out for one of those! Were you at the museum??
HOpe the open evening went well Fay!
I've emptied the compost and hung the washing up, and now I'm off to bed - train to catch at 7am!!0 -
I'm here!!
I don't have my internet set up at my flat yet (:() but am booked in for next Wednesday for the landline so hopefully will be up and running soon.
Am feeling all inspired with projects for my new flat. And am even doing my bit for recycling, my bed came in boxes and the corners were supported with bits of hardboard which are coaster sized.
I'm going to use my old stamp collection from when I was about 11 to make some funky stamp covered coasters.
I'm so excited to finally be able to crack on with all these kind of projects :j
I also got the book 'grow your own drugs' (no, not that kind....) for £2 from the book man. it was a series on BBC and it has lots of recipes for teas, salves, tonics etc and also soap instructions and I'm hoping this will form the basis of my christmas list!I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0
