Anyone bought from Elite Savings?

My is exactly the same as the last comment, although my money has now been taken from my account. I have sent them 6 emails requesting a refund but no reply and their phones are now not working. Great. What a fool I feel. I spoke to my bank and they cannot reclaim the payment until after 31 days... which is something I guess. In the meantime I will also contact moneybookers and inform them of the scam.
Fingers crossed we all get our money back

I have e-mailed them at least five times. They aren't going to reply. I am going to speak to my credit card company this evening and hear what they have to say. I don't think Moneybookers will be interested.0

Moneybookers were rude and kinda unhelpful, they did however say they would try their best to resolve the situation?? Great... If anyone hears back or receives a refund please let us know, thanks.0

Just spoken to RBS, my bank. They have said as soon as the money leaves my account I can open up a dispute with the dispute team. I have more protection since I am on VIsa (debit). I think I am going to call Moneybookers, the more people that do that, then surely they will have to investigate!0

Hi guys
Just checking into this thread as another user who looks like I've been scammed by Elite Savings . My order was for an iPad, ordered on June 24th, money left bank on 25th.
Since then some random e-mails giving random delivery schedules, so I looked them up on Google and found this thread.
So today I have requested cancellation of my order.
Hopefully they'll honour it......
Wonder how many of us there are?0 -
JUst an update from my end. I just got a reply from Elite Savings, confirming they have canceled my order and will refund within 3 business days. They also apologised for the time it took for them to get back to me.
Hi Joni
Firstly, we'd like to apologise for the delay in replying back to your email, our systems are undergoing maintenance until Monday.
We have updated your order status to reflect your refund request, so please allow 3 business days for it to go through. Once it has, then you will be notified.
Regards,

They have also answered my e-mails this evening. They tell me I am getting a refund too (less 10% + 50p now
).

This guy must making a killing on all these 10% + 50p's that he's getting... I wonder if anyone will ever dare see it through and see if they get their goods... I'm very interested in the Nexus One put don't have 325 quid to burn!0

They have also got back to me and r refunding me. Funny how they r suddenly responding to emails again, I suspect moneybookers got on to them... Im not sure whether to try and get my 10% back too tho as my bank said I am well in the right for a total refund or should I just be glad to not have lost over £400.
A lesson well learnt however!!!0
