this website is a scam
they will never ship any goods..they just take you money and when you ask for a refund ..which you will eventually..they take 10% off you...apparently passing on the moneybrookers expense onto you..
i dont believe moneybrookers charge anywhere near that
i ordered a ipad looks like these guys are going to get £50 out of me for nothing

The comments about us have nothing to do with poor service, they're mere speculators for whom most of them, have not even placed an order, and for those that have, they did so without reading the delivery terms explained on our website, so we are not taking them seriously as it's not our problem if people cannot be bothered to read before purchasing.

Well your reputation has clearly been tarnished by numerous forums, secondly you failed to act accordingly when it took over 24 hours to receive an email regarding a refund, and thirdly the poor customer service has clearly not been given to myself but to other people using your company, it is not a threat it is merely providing with the correct information that i will be notifying watchdog of your poor customer service and also how the payment name is associated with two companies that have been closed and had a very bad reputation for sending out the purchases. You failed in acting upon a request and therefore failed in your service to your customers.0 -
nice attitude to have towards their customers! took over the agreed 3 days for a refund only when i emailed stating i was going to watchdog and my bank they managed to send through my refund.0

I thought the site was a scam as well because of the very cheap prices. I decided to order an asus netbook in June on my credit card as I new they would refund me if it was a scam. I recieved an email with my tracking number yesterday so it is on its way.
This forum seems to be working itself up into a state when no one has actually been ripped off yet, it is all supposition.0 -

I've ordered a HTC Desire on 29.06.10 and fully read up on the terms and conditions before ordering. Since ordering I have spotted this thread and thought I will share my experience so far.
Firstly I waited a full 10 business days before writing to them to kindly ask for an update and I was answered within the hour, and was advised that I need to wait another 5 business days before I receive the tracking numbers. As promised, today I have received an email with the tracking numbers and the website address to the cargo company that are bringing the item in, you can easliy track the item from there.
I have full faith in the company, I should receive my phone in the next 2 weeks or so. This is clearly the business model that Elite Savings work to and that's how the savings are made. I really think you should give the company a chance and follow through with your orders. It's understandable that they take a pecentage for refunds as they would need to cover admin fees, cancelled orders to the suppliers etc, nothing is for free. Once I receive my phone I'll post here again to let you know the good news.0 -
I bought the HTC Desire Mobile Phone from Elite Saving on 2nd July and my money has gone through Money Bookers.com on name of Paramveer Takher at Elite Saving and not on company name. I have paid this money when I recieved the cridet card bill. I have paid £279.98 including the best way posting service.
When I place the order it mention that they had 11 in stock. This is why place an order hoping that I will get within 2 to 3 days. After wards I read their shiping policy which sounded not so promising.
However after reading the comments on your forum I am worrying that I might not get the good which I order and have to wait very long time to get. Ever since I place an order I was doughting this company.
I believe this company is miss leading ths public by saying that they have in stock and I wonder I will get my money - I do not have the insurance. I have cancelled the order.
I am 59 years olds man because of this I am suffering from the stress that I have lost the money.0 -
Well i think people should be reading the T&C for this company, this is not a normal retailer like currys this is a broker that sets up the order from the actual suipplier. It does say this and it also tells you the length of time you can expect. if you want to pay these sort of prices then expect the process to be more difficult.0
