Anyone bought from Elite Savings?

Folks I am sorry but I am probably going to cancel this order after doing more digging and finding I can get a Desire from O2 for £285 (moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=2412445&page=7). After cancellation fees which I guess will be about 23 quid, I still get a good deal on this phone, and don't have to wait three or more months to get it. Would have been good to have been the info guy on this particular site but it seems it was not to be

Even though I was (am) suspicious of this site, I too couldn't resist buying an HTC Desire at such a low price a week ago. I was beginning to think I was the only one who had potentially been scammed so feel a little better now.

I also bought with a credit card.

Just have to wait and see. Don't know if I've got the patience to wait up to four months though.

Edit: Just seen your latest post Alex. I can't get that link to work for the O2 Desire.

hi did u pay it buy credit card thru moneybookers? how do you cancel it? even i ordered on july 1st, the status shows still processing.....

Hi i have purchased from this website aswell i paid for my ipad on the 28th of june. My order is still on processing im getting quite worried now reading all these posts! has anyone managed to cancel an order yet?

i paid by my Visa Debit card. i have emailed them asking a rough date for delivery. if they cannot tell me then i think im going to just tell them i want it canceled. is it true that moneybookers actually charge you 7.9% on refunds?
