I contacted Moneybookers approx 5 days ago, they emailed me back 07.09.10 stating they would contact Elite Savings to confirm non receipt, they emailed me
again today (08.09.10) and advised that they have refunded full payment which will be credited back to my credit card within 5 working days.
Pretty impressive service from them so if anyone else is thinking of how to get the full amount refunded I would recommend contacting them!

I to have been scammed by these idiots, after ordering a htc HD2 from them I cancelled it as I read this forum but got the usual message to go through your bank but surely that means they get the money with the bank paying you back through insurance, How are they getting away with this???. I took the initiative to log into moneybookers and contacted them the other day through the complaints link but have heard nothing from them as of yet but I will let everyone know if I hear from them, I hope I hear soon though as I dont want the hassle of going through the bank0 -

If any 1 brought from this website i would advise that you look into your statements cos i ordered from them and i have just found out since then my card has been used to buy other things online for hundreds which i believe was from these scam artists. i will get my money back from the bank but i would strongly advise you check all your outgoings since ordering0 -

Moneybookers have refunded 100% of my loss in 3 days, so I'm all right now. I also think that Moneybookers is covered by insurance for similar cases, so finally we pay this loss evaporated through or house, car and other insurance. I hope theese bandits can't get away with the money!
By the way what was you order numbers? Just to figure out how many customers they had... Mine is 114.0 -
like you i ordered an ipad in july it stated on the 2nd august it was being shipped the last email i received said it was in customs and now i cannot get into either site to find out what has happened to my ipad so i am going to get in touch with my bank to get my money back.

Woo, I can confirm my refund has arrived in my account too!
I phoned moneybookers complaints and filed my complaint that way, and they said it could be up to a week to investigate. It only actually took 3 or 4 business days and they sent me two e-mails to say I would get the refund within 21 days. 3 days later and the money is showing in my account!

I phoned moneybookers today the guy said it would take 5 to 6 days get back to me once they have been in contact with elitesavings said I would get my money back ( must have been the fastest speaking person I have ever spoken to) so let you know as soon as I get it back0

Just received a refund, and they charged me 20 % !!! Anyone knows how to get the rest of my money back??

I am pleased to say that I have just received confirmation from my credit card company that a full refund has been actioned. My guess is to ask your card provider to claim the money back for you on your behalf. Mine took approximately one week to process.
This is fraud at its best and these people need to be stopped.0 -

REQUEST FULL REFUND
I ordered an IPAD on 25 June - nothing to this day received however, I have got a full refund which was confirmed today. My advise is you do the same.0 -
On August 5th I ordered an iPhone 4 (Euro 632.82) from this idiot.
Paid AFAP by Moneybookers from my bankaccount.
Shortly after I found out about his true intention and canceled my order.
He applied a 533.55 Euro refund to my Moneybookers account instantly, after setting up a trackingnumber at his "logistic partner" Sajj Logistics.
You know why...
Wondering about the amount, this does not match any of his "conditions"? :huh:
So I contacted Moneybookers, first by mail and as they didnt reply within some days by phone too.
On the phone a friendly customerserviceagent told me that they cannot help me getting the remaining money because he gave me a refund. They dont know why I didnt get a full refund and I should talk to Mr. Takher.
I tried to contact Mr. Takher by mail twice but he didnt reply and in between his shop disapeared (virus story).

On August 10th I got a mail in reply to a question from him. For now the content was not of any interest, but the mailheaders are!
I know three things about him for sure:
1. He still lives in england, check out 94.171.96.64 with some GeoIP service, near Birmingham / Wolverhampton.
2. his GMail adress [EMAIL="eltesve@googlemail.com"]eltesve@googlemail.com[/EMAIL]
2. Many people still wait for delivery from him, he's already got an iPad.
