Hi everyone,
I also ordered HTC Desire form this site on july 10th. sajjlogistics.com was "tracking" my order till a week ago or something. Then both sites closed. I wrote them emails but they did not answer them. I also complained about this to moneybookers (I paid through this). But they also did not aswered. I erote a complain to consumerdirect.gov.uk Can anyone suggest where else to report of this scammy company?
I am so depressed with my money loss because I'm still a student...0 -
I've been looking into buying a couple of electrical products, and whilst Googling for the best prices, I came across this website:
www dot elitesavings.co.uk
The prices for the items I am interested in are very low, which is great, however their business model is unusual, and I am concerned that I would be leaving myself open to problems with little comeback.
From their one)?
I suspect that this one should be filed under "too good to be true", but I thought it would be good to see if anyone else had any experiences they could share.0 -
I've got an answer from Moneybookers:
Dear xx,
We are writing back to your regarding the latest updates on your non-delivery case. We have just received the following delivery proof from elitesavings.co.uk:
--> http://sajjlogistics.com/xxyyzz00 , featuring your name and address as recipient.
According to the above tracking number the Customs clearance has been completed and the item is currently in transit to your address.
Kindly be noted that we consider the delivery proof sufficient and the case is now closed. Please be recommended to bear a while more with the shipping and we hope the merchandize is shortly with you.
If we may be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Sincerely,
Sylvia
The Moneybookers team
Yesterday I updated them but no reply till now.
I also placed a complaint with the European Consumer Center Network using their online Cross Border Complaint Form.
But I agree that this is also a police matter and wonder how can this guy be punished?0 -
Just read the whole thread, here's my latest emails (All from tonight).
"Apologies for the inconvenience caused, but unfortunately the shipping company in charge of dispatching your item, has gone out of business. You can reclaim your payment back by contacting monyebookers and informing them that your goods haven't arrived, and they will reimburse your card immediately, or alternatively, just reply back to the confirmation of payment email that moneybookers sent you after you made your payment in the first place.
Regards,
Online Team"

"We are not in a position to refund you as we are no longer moneybookers account holders, therefore if you wish to obtain a full refund, then do as we informed you in our last email and we won't contest it. Nothing is classed as theft as you have a recourse of action to follow to obtain your payment back. Theft is when you have no way of doing this, but when paying by card, you're protected not only via Moneybookers, but also your card issuer, so we suggest you get your facts right before making idol threats us again."
-
"We have kept your previous threatening email on file which states an intention to make use of a threat. We have informed you how to obtain your funds back, it's a simple process, it does not require much effort, but if you do not wish to do this, then it's your choice. We are helping our customers with the situation, we have not abandoned them, therefore, you need to think twice before emailing us.
This is the end of the matter as far as we are concerned. "
