I, too, have fallen victim to this scam. On July the 15th I ordered an Asus 1201N netbook from elitesavers. I went through the whole charade of tracking numbers and websites and now it is the 2nd of Sept and I still haven't received anything. Today when checking Sajjlogistics and noticing it was down, I decided to request a refund. Is there any hope in hell that I will get some or all of my money back? I purchased it using a debit card... Should I contact my bank?

Zammo, I ordered the Desire.

Also found Sajj logistics site to be down this morning after Elite e-mailed me to say that my tracking number would be posted on there.

"We will not be given your tracking details, they will appear on the freight website once your order has been picked up by a local UK courier. "

i ordered the htc desire as well in early july.

today i noticed the website is down.

i wonder if we can contact the port authorities and ask them if the ship did actually make it to uk shores?

you know the people who have custom cleared people provide us updates as when the product arrive as this will give us hope lol !:cool:

I ordered an iPad 27 June Sajj Logistics showed it in customs for over 3 weeks, I emailed Elite Savings last night and got a response within 10 mins stating:

"Apologies for the late reply, our systems were being updated.


Our supplier has informed us that the container carrying your order is out for delivery now as clearance has been granted, so you should be able to see this for yourself. Arrival can be expected by the end of this week, or early next."

It was then miraculously updated to awaiting delivery and gave my postal address. Today Sajj Logistics site is gone......

My original email to them asked for details of the ship and container references so that I could check with customs, but they chose to ignore that request.

So, have been out today, bought an iPad and called my bank to issue chargeback for full refund.

Would suggest that everyone else does the same...

Haven't cancelled my order with Elite tho.............. am hoping that I get the iPad from them so that I can shot it on eBay haha

I have had a similar experience. I ordered and paid for an iPad on 20th July. Was advised that it had been shipped 11th Aug with tracking number. On 25th August Sajjlogistics website advised that container was awaiting customs clearance expected 10-20 working days. Today no Sajjlogistics website and so far no response from Elite Savings although their website is still open and touting for business.

How could i have been so gullible. At least I paid by credit card so hopefully will get my money back.

I got a desire for just under 300 in an ebay auction brand new and sealed and it works great. Had my money, minus 20% back from elite and they still claim that they are going to send it when the item gets back to the depot in never never land with the fairies and flying pigs.

Complete fraud, and will get my card company to chase the remaining money outstanding.

Yep waiting for 8 weeks now for my ipad, now the logistics site has vanished its in the hand s of my creidt card company, refund on the way and bought one on ebay £399, had to be too good to be true and he`s got the 16gb on offer at £329, with 3 weeks delivery!!!!!!!
