I've been going a bit survey mad today. I'm trying to do as many as I can, so far I've done:

    3 x PC = £12
    1 New Vista = £3
    Updated Consumer Pulse = £2.50
    1 Lightspeed = £1

I get cash for all of them bar the consumer pulse ones so I've made a total of £18.50 of which £16 can come off of the loan. I'm very close to making £50 on new vista so that will be very welcome when it arrives. I think I've killed my brain off though..
    Finally bought a home
    Starting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]
    Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.47

I've had a good morning so far, though I went to a club last night, and although I didn't spend loads I'm not used to spending much so it felt like a lot.

I've done one pure profile survey for £3.50 which means I only need 95p to get to the withdrawal level which is £25, and I've also done another new vista one for £3 so I'm edging closer to the £50 for that too. I'm really trying to push the surveys at the moment as I used to do most of the ones I received at uni and made a very decent amount from them, especially the ones I can get cash from...

I was also lucky and won £15 on jackpot joy which will be coming off of the loan :).

I've had another good day. I've managed to withdraw £26.05 from pure profile, though that's going to take at least 21 working days before it's in my account. I also received the £12 from pinecone, and a cheque for £7.65 from Royal mail for something that went missing in the post. On top of that, I'm being send some dishwasher tablets to test which will be good as they're expensive.

My survey push has meant I've now got enough for a £10 voucher from IPSOS, though I'm not sure which one I want. I might just start collecting Amazon ones again...

I've made an overpayment on £318 which will be taken on Tuesday so I'm just waiting for that to go now.

At work I'm going to be in charge of my team from Tuesday to Friday whilst the actual team leader is away which is good because I can stick it on my CV :).

I sold a necklace today, though I'm not especially happy. I have to fill in a stamp duty land transfer form, which means I'm going to lose my entitlement not to pay stamp duty as a first time buyer (if I ever manage to afford a house) because of this stupid mortgage thing. I'm sick of everything my parents have put me though, I feel like I've got nothing and I'm slowly losing the will to do anything :(.

Nicki it's perfectly natural to feel like this, I think we all go through days of dread and why me when paying off our debt etc. I know your situation is different, but hopefully tomorrow you'll wake up a bit more positive. Bash that debt down like you have been and then attack the savings in the same way and then you can move on and get your own place.

You never know the goverment may change the stamp duty levy anyway so you may not be mising out.

Thanks Yukki. I know you're right, but I've always been horribly pessimistic. In fact, if there's anything I could change about myself that would be it. I'm going to try and plough my efforts into the jewellery and forget about it. I've decided the jewellery money is my house fund, no-one's getting it lol.
