But for those who are interested in where we have come from, we are a fully independent company but we are part of the overall Telefonica O2 family, and we run our service on the O2 network

I'd personally be more concerned about the ethics of the company that makes your phone as they're more likely to be using child labour or be harming the environment (although I'm not saying they are).

They have no customer service number its all done on forum and mostly by other GIffGaff members and they give you credit for answering questions they pay well well under minimum wage lol for all the questions answered so maybe slave labour is involved.

I don't have any at the moment and I have been with then approx 18 months.

None here either, the wife moved from O2 to GG, reduced her monthly cost by £25 and the service appears to be exactly the same.
