Is it just me or is there a prob with goody bags at the moment? Trying to top up dd's phone as about to expire but can only buy credit at the moment. I really don't want to use straight credit as the goody bags are great for her and the main reason I'm with them. Both getting really frustrated right now!! :mad:0

it seems like an ongoing problem.....my account's the same at the minute

There's been a few issues with the site recently, I'm sure it'll be sorted soon.0

The ongoing issues (it is something different every week) are the primary reason I kept my main phone with Three (that and better 3g coverage).
The forums also irritate me sometimes - they are heavily populated by school children answering questions to win payback. Bad advice coupled with basic spelling mistakes make me fear for the future of our country0 -
LOL at the above^
really pathetic as a ex giff gaff user that the fundamental principle is based around the website & it does not always work - NIL POI o2, nil poi....SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
My wife and daughter use giffgaff and I will again soon (when my cheapy t-mobile £7.50 contract ends)
I can truly say they offer the best service I have ever experienced from a mobile network.
If you have an issue with their service, contact an Agent on giffgaff and ask for help!0 -
Sorry something of a newbie here.
Anyway times are tough and I thought I'd share my latest experience of swapping network providers.
Anyway with the cost of just about everything going up I couldn't justify keeping my phone contract and it had just expired. So instead of upgrading I decided to swap to PAYG, after trawling through the sim deals I decided to go with GiffGaff.
I previously was paying £35 a month for 500 mins 600 text with 500mb data, although I didn't even use all this.
My sim card was free I top up £10 per month and get 250 mins Unlimited texts and Unlimited internet.
I also persuaded my other half to switch over and its free to call and text each other, even if we don't have any credit. :j
I was previously on o2 but giffgaff uses o2 so I still have the same level of signal :T
So if anyones looking to switch to PAYG to save some cash I'd definitely give a look!0 -
I'll quite happily throw in a +1 for GG. Been with them for a month now and it's been great. I think my initial tenner is going to stretch for 3 months thanks to the payback scheme :rotfl:0
