I've just had a stack of Giffgaff sims drop through my letterbox for someone that doesn't live here (or ever has).

All I can find is some 'community' which you need an acc to use, so that's no use to me.

Anyone have either a phone number or a working email address ?

    Thanks

Just create an account there, it's no different from creating an account here.

I doubt it. I work for one of the other networks, so have a staff acc. They won't be able to beat that :D

I work as a fraud investigator, so when things arrive in a name I don't know that I haven't ordered I think the worst...

I can't believe that they don't have a contact number ? How the hell are you supposed to alert them to issues like this ?

Just bin them if you don't want them. They need to be activated, and it's PAYG anyway so shouldn't cause a problem..

You sign up to the community and mention it, pretty straight forward.
