Coffee £2.10, sandwich £3.09, second coffee £2.10, I was having a VERY bad day. Lovely Friday the sun is shining and the week-end is nearly here. I am going to do whatever I want this week-end, my problem is that I am not too sure what I want to do, still choices are good.
  • Like the idea of a weekend of whatever you want....I am counting down till end of play today!

And it is a beautiful day. I am going away on Wednesday so I am making sure that everything is sorted out and ready to go. My case is packed with clothes but I need to sort out sewing and knitting stuff to take. I have downloaded kindle to my Ipad so i will sort out some books too. I am at work tomorrow so today is key!

Wednesday? Wow, that has come along quick. Bet you can't wait, you are going to have a wonderful time.

OH is using the Kindle app on his mobile, there are lots of free classics - he is reading dracula at the minute!

Groan to weekend working. Hope you enjoy the sunshine today though.

I have a query you might be able to help with - I have logged onto my FD account but can't see my mortgage account linked to it. Do you know if and how I can fix this? It is not an offset mortgage, not sure if that makes a difference.

On mine when I get into FD, going through security log in etc on the left hand side is a list of my accounts. Clicking on "my accounts" shows me my mortgage and other accounts. I expect that you have rung them by now and hopefully sorted it out.

Wednesday seems to have been a long time coming to me............ The friends I am meeting in KL travelled yesterday and messaged me this morning to say they were in the hotel garden drinking frozen strawberry daiquiris and thinking of me - the envy nearly felled me!

Off to work armed with a list, can get back as soon as it is all done, hopefully around 12ish. I MAY flit through Marks and Spencer Oxford Street to see what is what. Must buy milk and insect repellant.

Just got in having swerved M & S and the whole of Oxford street by having my hair cut instead, I should have done it weeks ago as it has made me feel so much more human. I am having medal targets too: £150k is platinum
    £155k is gold
    £160 is silver
    £165 is bronze

I better get to at least bronze otherwise I will be working until I am 90. I need to get paying the mortgage off.

At each target I am going to buy things I need for the house: kitchen table, dining room table, wardrobes X 3, fitted cupboards in the dining room, living room curtains, sofabed, sofa, 3 chairs, dining room chairs, kitchen chairs. Oh dear I do seem to need a lot of things, Newark auction here I come, in September!

Back from a lovely quiet holiday in a beautiful place. I am however going to be very short of money this month so I need to be steady in all things otherwise everything will go @@@s up just when I need it to be calm.

Back in work tomorrow but I have a day today to do all the washing and get sorted out. Looking forward to the week-end!

Glad you've had a good time. Onwards & downwards now :)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
