My next run is 30 mins  my couch to 5k has turned into couch to just over 3k but I will work on speed after finally running for 30 mins - seems impossible to think just 8 weeks ago I could barely manage to jog for 1 min at a time!0

Well I'm feeling a bit miffed lately. It was only 2 weeks ago yesterday that I ran my 5k. The rest of that week I didn't run as I went away. But since I've gone out running at least 3 times a week. But, despite getting to 5k, I now feel completely knackered after 1 mile. And for the life of me I can't seem to get my speed up either.
I don't know whether to go back on the programme, picking up about half way or what. Anyone else had something similar? It's a bit demoralising it has to be said0
