Fabulous news on the tax rebate, Keiss - hope you manage to treat yourself and the family in the midst of clearing those debts! Even if it's just a bag of sherbert lemons or something.

Yes, I have managed to make this NSD number 2.......tomorrow should be number 3 but I don't want to be counting any more chickens than the two I've got scratching round in the garden already!

Must collect some Burberry tartan gear and lots of orange foundation cream for the chav cider bash in Leeds, and something floaty and paganish for the Midsummer Mash at Stonehenge. What's everyone else going to wear?

Are you sure we weren't at Stonehenge last year... http://www.independent.co.uk/news/mayhem-at-midsummers-dawn-as-travellers-storm-stonehenge-fence-1101621.html?

And we best make sure we don't get roped into helping set up Glastonbury stages! That could be tricky in our maxi dresses!

The 2nd was also an NSD for me. But the 3rd was very spendy (waxing and groceries). I was trying to be clever and was also going to get fuel after grocery shopping, but then forgot all about it! I am driving on air at the moment and am very annoyed that I'll have to interrupt an NSD because I was being forgetful! Luckily summy weather is helping me stay at home rather than be out and about!

I was also going to wash the car today but refuse to pay some-one else to do it as it will ruin an NSD. Then realised I don't have any car shampoo or spong-like implements, so have given that a miss! The car has not been washed in well over a year so I doubt one more day will hurt :D. So hopefully today will be NSD 3.

General busyness and weather mean I'm knackered right now and as I have my part-time job this weekend I might just curl up for a wee snooze - that'll help maintain the NSD! Unless I sleep ebay! :p

NSD No. 2 for me :)

Really missing not being able to get to the allotment (recovering from a broken ankle) and I dont have a garden *sobs* so have been busy sorting through my seeds to see what are suitable for growing as micro leaves. Found some broccoli, radish, beetroot, alfalfa and peas so will give growing them on the window sill a bash....gotta love free food :)

So we are obviously due for another visit this year! Are we having a barbie there? If so, I will bring some of my killer garlic sauce, ideal for barbecued meats, but nobody will speak to you for 3 days after you've eaten it....at least it will ward off the vampires.

I hate to think what colour Hubert's poo is going to be after eating that, Nargle... maybe we should keep him away from the food this time, pdd??

    Re outfits:
Chav outing..... hmmm..... white miniskirt (tight, of course), stilettos, no tights (of course), crop top (of course), Burberry handbag and, if I'm feeling really cold, Burberry jacket on top. Would that be OK, do you think.

Stonehenge - one of my 1970s cheesecloth maxi dresses (yes, I have still got one of them, can't bear to throw it out) and some wedge sandals...... Plaits in my hair, headband and blue eyeshadow (lots of).... how about that?

Hi nicca, good to see you again, hope your week hasn't been too busy?

cw,:mad: to your masking tape, mine always works brilliantly

Keiss, yay to the tax rebate, didn't see your post earlier - that's brilliant!!!!

    Back later

Thank you! Thought so! I get hayfever so badly that I have to take hardcore prescription only antihistamines, eye drops and a spray thing up my nose!
I used to have steroid injections but have had 14 doses over the years and the doctors and hospitals refuse to give me anymore. Not good for the bones!
This is the 30th year I've had hayfever for - since a child - and unless you get it I don't think you can appreciate how miserable it makes you. No sleep, manky eyes, sore throat and nose and generally grumpy!
Everyone says that I'll grow out of it - think I'll be about 95 by the time I do! (I'm 38 now:p). Rant over!

Will do my best not to spend anything further - no plans to go out and I think I have everything I need.

I can't begin to imagine what that feels like, Rachel, it must be hell. I get hayfever mildly and that's bad enough, you must dread the summer.

    ((((hugs))))

    Thanks spoon!
Just having a feeling sorry for myself paddy - better now!

I have decided to declare today a NSD as I'm not going near a shop now and the eye drops are definitely an essential!

Hopefully tomorrow may be one too!

Ok, I seem to have accidently got an NSD to-day, so there you go, no idea how but it just happened, sunny here, so I'm doing an impression of a stunned banana on the sun lounger, that'll be why i didn't spend any money!!!

I think Hubert will stay home this time, I have deep misgivings about him poohing on a national monument and I worry that the chavs may eat him. Got a blue floaty angel type dress from the late seventies, so that will do for Stonehenge, I thought we could just wear jammies for the back alley, do they need to be chav jammies, what's a chav anyway? i don't know if we have them here? Does it involve white tracksuits with your trousers tucked in your socks????

Confused. Blue angel thingy is a defo then. will await advice re jammies...........
