Simply 3G (merged threads)

Guys, anyone dealt with Simply3G recently ?? I had a phone through them 2 yrs ago, all went well with cashback then. Are they still ok, or have they had major problems lately ?? Any experiences appreciated.

oopsie - check out the TMO thread, it seems they were bad but have been working to improve things, including joining this forum to help resolve people's problems.

Sorry if this has already been answered (I did do a search and couldn't find anything other than 1 post). With all the bad press, I just wondered what people thought of Simply 3G for paying out on cash backs. I was about to go with e2save til I read the word on price matches. Now I'm not sure what to do.

Any help would be very welcome!

Guys - I could do with an update on Simply3G, as I'm about to get mrs GunJack a new ctt phone. Any recent experiences ???

As author of the original thread,so far I have had no problem in claiming from Simply3G since taking out the contract,and we are due to claim for the final amount next month.

So all in all,not a bad experience with them.

No problems, so far. Cheque is usually a few days early.

I,ve used them and i have had no problems whatsoever with them!

Paid my cashback on time every time.

Just in process of claiming my 3rd cashback cheque from them.
First 2 claims went through smoothly with no problems.

You do have to follow their terms & conditions to the letter though.
i send my bills by registered post, with a covering letter.
they then pay 45 days later.

they don't have a customer telephone helpline to deal with cashback claims, you can only sort out problems with the cashback by email.

they seem to 'forget' the extra's when they send you the phone... ie: my sister had to chase them for a missing memory card, i never got my friend recommendation £20.

but they do have very good deals, so that kind of makes up for the other bits.
