Hello,
I am currently having a massive problem with 3. They have missold me a contract (upped it to £45 per month from £35 with less minutes and less text's when I was specifically told on the phone that it was £25 per month, have the phone call recording and I have been over it 4 times and he say's £25 per month everytime and makes no mention of £45!) and they are telling me that I can only complain to them over the phone or by email to customer.services@three.co.uk.
I'm sure that someone on here must have an address (either postal or email) for a corporate complaints or executive office that 3 must have some where. I've done a quick search but couldn't find the address, all I could find was an email address for the ex-CEO.
Thanks in advance for any help

I too have had this problem. My contracts £25 but if i upgraded was offered £20 a month loyalty discount so it would be £5 a month. So i got new phone and letter confirming its £5 a month. They sent me a bill now saying its £25 a month, appaarently i have an add on of £20 a month - never ever heard of it or requested it. Spoke to over 50 people who said it was £5 now again there saying its £25. Rang then over 50 times was told its tough i agreed £25 with an add on of £20 so thats what i have to pay. I have emaild over 10 times and written to then over 5 times. I am told now i either pay up or they will send it to collections and i will have someone collect the money from me...its discusting i don't know what to do now??
Each manager i speak to is foreign and never understands and tells me i agreed to an add on i have never heard of!!!
any advice wud be greatly appreciated0 -
Not exactly but have just had mother-inlaw round tearing hear out.
She was with orange and had call from 3 convincing her to switch.
She then recieved a text that she inadvertantly opened, only to discover that she had activated 3s account.
Then she was charged more than specified, not only that, each month she was
charged more . Last month was £70 .(And she has been paying it !). Now they are threatening legal action
They correspond with her, however when she wants to contact them it is not possible.
This has happened to my Father and sister as well.
This behavior has to be stopped , what can we do0 -
i don't know but anyone who can help we really need this stopped!! I am just about to sell my house so getting a bad name or blacklisted could really affect my future mortgage. can anyone help!!!0

The 3 process from my point of view was as follows:
1. From my 3 mobile I phoned 333.
2. I navigated to the option about leaving 3 (to get their attention).
3. I lodged an "issue" about the failed cashback.
4. 3 "escalated" it and said it will take 4 weeks.
5. After a few weeks the 3 Cashback department phoned.
6. They made the 12 month and 18 month offers (see previous post).
7. I did not take either offer because better ones are available on the internet from large reputable companies.
We are even thinking of just going to PAYG since, although it may be more expensive per minute, it will be actually much cheaper over a period of 12 months.

I've been having similar problems with 3 since upgrading. I'm going to try writing to that address. If you do google searches people have had success with writing to the old CEO but I'm not sure of the addresses they have used."outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. inside of a dog, it's too dark to read" - Groucho Marx0

The CEO's office is at the Glasgow address. If you check out Holiday's post here:-
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=8368843#post8368843
it contains the Exec Office's address. PLEASE read further through that thread, though, as Bob Fuller has been succeded by someone else, can't remember the name but it's further along in the Simply3g thread.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
can't find the name of the the person other than bob fuller can anyone else see who to address it to. Any advice is great - thanks everyone0
