That is because Simply3G have gone bust. They aint dealing with anyone apart from the administrators. This thread has loads of posts about it. They went bust at the start of February.

Sorry, someone had said that they were still dealing with them, just the other day, which they now longer are!

Got an alert today from UKDataLtd saying that Simply3G have asked to be struck off. Hopefully we should be contacted by the administrators at some point for an update (not that its going to be good news for us though).
