Of course not, unless it's a safety issue the cost would just be huge.

I wonder if the announcement of the signal software issue and release of 4.0.1 were perhaps to help detract from the embarrassment of the hardware issue. It's certainly a coincidence that it was 'found' after the iPhone 4 release, having been calculated incorrectly for quite a while.

Now I can look forward to seeing on the signal indicator reflect the actual poor reception that is evident when using side by side with another phone on the same network.

Yup, reception is poor on the iphone 4. The bars drop quickly if you start using the phone. What does Mr Jobs want us to do: not hold the phone when using it?

I'm getting my delivered tomorrow and have already bought a Belkin case for £25 as well, which has not been used. Now I'm able to get a free bumper, will I get a refund from carphone warehouse if I return the Belkin case? I bought it about 10 days ago and not sure I still have the receipt.

The product should be recalled and fixed.

I think they knew they had a problem when they launced the phone with new bumber cases which apprently makes the phone look cool.

The media are very powerful, they can change poples views instantly.

They seem to say that what ever jobs says in his conference their phones don't need bumpers for a design flaw.
