The "free wi-fi" is for hotspots that usually charge.. so lets say BT Openzone provide wireless at £5 an hour or something, the providers are giving us 500mb free on certain contracts etc...
In other words, you can always use your wi-fi for free with no charge thus if you can connect to a free wireless hotspot then you can use ita s much as you like
But some wireless hotspots that charge are also going to be free but only for xmb - does that make sense?Approach her; adore her. Behold her; worship her. Caress her; indulge her. If you already have an iphone contract can you buy the new one mid contract even if you're not due an upgrade?0

Hi Jarr,
This has been very well discussed. O2 are doing a special upgrade offer if you're within 6 months of your contract ending. If more than that you'd need to buy the phone on PAYG and use your current contract or something similar.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

You may know this, but you don't need a monthly contract to get an iPhone. iPhone 4 will be coming soon to Pay & Go but it won't be available at launch. When we have more information on pricing we will let you know.
If you're already on Pay & Go with O2 and buying the iPhone 4, you'll need to transfer your existing O2 number, balance and tariff onto the new micro sim.

It's a little bit out of order that O2 won't be selling PAYG handsets as there are a lot of people on Simplicity who would buy a PAYG handset virtually unsubsidised. O2 probably make more money from Simplicity users than some contracts because there are less overheads.0
