Why? Because you are paying them every month for a service! Thats how commerce works...
You're paying for a service and they have provided everything you need to receive that service.. a micro sim not part of that if you don't have an iPhone from them..

Why should they provide you with a micro sim?? It will cost them money to manufacture them, post them etc etc..

Apple, you know the ones that make the iPhone have just done something called a pre-order. They have sold thousands apon thousands of SIM FREE handsets to the great British public. Do you really think a carrier won't let them use their network on all these thousands of SIM FREE handsets because it will cost them money to make micro sims :rotfl:Idiot.

Everyone needs to seriously chillax of course every network will have free micro sims available soon. They want them to spend money on their network !!!!!!

You're funny.. you're the only one basing an argument on your own opinion!

A previous poster has already stated Oranges position. FACT

By 'encouraging' customers to buy iPhones from Orange they can tie you to their network and take a commission from Apple for the sale.

On your point.. of course they'll give you a microsim to the thousands of new handset users.. when they tie it to a nice new shiney contract.

All providers offer SIM only contracts, if they want to keep customers that means offering a micro SIM to those that want it.

ROFL I wonder what Streeet thinks of "As a new or existing customer choosing an iPhone 4, you'll need to use a new micro sim"

Don't tell me, Orange are not going to be doing the same
