I've used several KGB Deals in the UK without any problems whatsoever.

I think they have just conned me out of £9 on their Symposium Wine Deal - buy a £9 voucher and get £32.99 to spend.

You paid £9 and got a voucher for £32.99. How have you been conned? You made £23.99, how is that a con?
  • Just a guess but maybe they did what Slurp did on a similar Groupon deal - increased the minimum order from 6 bottles to 24 bottles as soon as the offer went live, meaning you would have to spend a lot more than £32.99??

If that is the case, you can't blame kgb for that.

KGB Deals is run by 118118, they are not a scam but just very poorly organised with their codes. Alot of people had problems with a secret sales code amongst other deals I can remember, I ended up out of pocket on that one but that was down to secret sales rubbish conditions on the voucher. I wouldn't use a group deal site again but that's just down to my bad experience, plenty of people have lots of positive things to say about them. They get it right some of the time :)

  • tried the code for the symposium wine deal from kgb today and it worked.alot of the cheaper wine was out of stock, everyone obviously getting as many bottles as possible for what was a good deal.

Actually this is something I would like to know, also their email address...

support@kgbdeals.com does not work, nor have I had a response from customersupport_national_public@kgbdeals.com or the online form in several (5) days.

I am looking for a refund for one of my voucher codes bought from KGB Deals as per their 30 day policy... but it looks like they may be stalling for time etc.
