No Refund from Tesco Internet Phone

Has anyone else failed to receive a refund cheque from TIP despite providing their details as requested, and receiving a confirmation email stating that it would be received by 25th May?
I have just emailed the TIP email address and the freshtel address that the confirmation email came from, but am worried that there will be no-one left there to read it........

No not received my cheque either.
I'm only expecting a few pounds back but still better in my bank than Tesco's.Never trust a financial institution.

I got a response to my email....... but it was just telling me that TIP had closed (you don't say!) and giving me another email address to contact.
I have that sinking feeling that I'm about to be passed around the houses until (they hope) I give up on my £6.50 :mad:0 -
I received my refund on May 25th. It was just for the remaining credit on the phone.0

Thanks for the info Colin. That response would annoy me too. In view of that I'm escalating it straight to Tesco customer service by letter.
Refund plus vouchers is now the least I'm expecting.

What is the email address you tried? I would like to get a refund of my remaining credit also.0 -
The email address that was suggested was:
TIP@uk.tesco.com
I sent the email on 28th May, but have had no response since :mad:0 -
You could try cerb4@freshtel.net but you will probably get a better response complaining direct to Tesco customer service by letter.0

Thanks for email address, I have had reply from customer service. Said they can't deal with my question about Tesco Internet Phone from their office because they don't have access to the correct database, so gave me the following infomation.
Email address tescointernetphone@tesco.net or tescotalkwifi@tesco.net
Phone helpline on 0845 045 0130. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
write to the address below.
Tesco Internet Phone,
PO Box 437
Stevenage
SG1 9GD
I called the above number and got a message that number has changed to 0845 300 2020 when you call this number you get a message to say the this service in no longer available and to email them on tip@uk.tesco.com which I have already tried and got no response.
I have now emailed, That I what someone to take ownership of this matter as getting beyond a joke & if not sorted out very quickly this problem coming up on the BBC watchdog programme.
To the following.
customer.service@tesco.co.uk
support@tescointernetphone.com
tescotalkwifi@tesco.net
and copied in Tesco CEO

Thanks to all before me for providing further email addresses to try. Perhaps publication of Terry Leahy's email address has had some effect as my copied email to him today has bounced back.
It was bad enough being 'dumped' at short notice and losing the £40 cost of 2 non-refundable handsets, but to then renege on the promise of a refund by 25th May and refusal to answer emails only adds insult to injury to Tesco customers.0
