Don't know whether anyone else has just seen Anthea on Richard and Judy, but she did that t-shirt folding thing. (never seen it before cos we don't have Freeview ) Anyway, I've just tried it - and it worked! :j :j Even with my lack of co-ordination!!! :j :j :jSealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared0

Aaaagh,
I've been home for an hour and next door have played the same song over and over non stop the whole time. I think it's All Saints and it's driving me doolally.
I wouldn't mind if they had a teenager but they don't - it's two over fifties. I just wish I had dd here to play her flute, ds his cello and oh the piano - that would show them.0 -

Aarrggghh! There's to much to read on here! No, that's not true, I love reading it but feel bad when I don't have the time to comment on everyone else's posts.
Anyway - quick summary:
Penny Pincher - your post reminded me of the Peter Kay "we'll turn into our parents" sketch. "All we had in the evenings was sky digital.....we had to make do with a car each...........your mother had a dishwasher, she had to load it up, by hand, on her own............Put a bit of Prodigy on for your Mam, she loves it" I'm wiffling............
VickyA - t shirt folding? Please can you describe cos I missed it!
Hugs to those having a bad day, esp purple princess & Hester's DS.
As for me, DH had to come home from work early cos he felt ill & has gone to bed, and I had to take my car in today coz it's leaking. After 6 hours Mazda ring me & say "you're car's definately got a leak"!!!! No s**t sherlock! That'll be the 3 inches of water under the driver's seat that gives it away!0 -
hi, welcome newbies
nothing exciting here today, except i need a new exhaust now, just bought a battery, how come it all needs fixing at the same time and it took me twenty five mins to drive two miles, blooming roadworks, lasting four weeks and of course thats the way i go to work
purpleprincess- big hugs to you x
made up a packet of chilli beanfeast tonight and was surprised how good it was, it only cost about 59p, recipe on back does 8 taco shells, put shredded lettuce in bottom, then beanfeast, then some soured cream or nat yog, then gr cheese, cheap meal
love to all x0 -
