Having reviewed your enquiry we can confirm that your order has been cancelled due to a declined card payment. We are unable to confirm the reason for the decline however, please feel free to contact your bank who may be able to clarify the reasons for this.
i just received this very annoyed i feel as though i should email them and tell them about a certain site (not naming names) that everyone seems to be having the same problem so its obviously not our side that has the problems it has to be theirs and they should be lookin into it.best win in 2011:eek: 4 nights in Las Vegas

mandycr, they will know where we've all come from. It will show up on their stats page - due to us clicking on a link on this post on page one.
But I am looking forward to tomorrow, when I believe, most people should be receiving their phones. They should really admit their mistake instead of fobbing us off. I too, have had an email saying that my card payment hasn't gone through. I have a credit limit of £8,000! and there's no way i'd go anywhere near that!0 -
Why don't you contact your card issuer and ask them to confirm whether they have declined a transaction or not?0

I dunno if you read my post above but I had the same problem. I called them up, gave them my details again and they said that I'd receive the phones tomorrow.0

Mine's been cancelled as it seems that I've exceeded the limit of handsets to one address - um, 1 handset in 2003 and now this one ???? Me feels they are looking for opt out excuses.0

I've just uploaded a screenshot of the actual phone on the website if that's what you mean:

Thanks Gaz, that is perfect. I was just in case DAP or bank said I authorised the £2 when i didnt and in the confirmation email it doesnt say the amount i authorised or how much the phone was.
Maybe they put thro two orders or duplicated the one i placed and will get two phones? i dont know, I shall wait and see and if nothing arrives i shall be getting in touch with them and the bank.
Delivery is due tomorrow so fingers crossed...0 -
Yes I have a screen shot of it. From the website stating it is £0.99p
Thanks its ok i got the one that gaz had saved. It was when the phone was priced at 0.01p i put the order in but the bank took £2 off so was slightly confused. Just thought best to have the screet shot since the price wasnt sent in the confirmation email.
Thanks anyway0 -

sorry it is the screen shot of £0.01p not 0.99p, i think i got mixed up as i was thinking about dial a phone debiting my account for £1.00, overcharging me £0.99p.
Lol thanks for clearing that up, makes sense now.
I have never been over charged before....lucky me.... would it be the bank or the company that has to sort it out does anyone know?
I had an email saying they had problem taking first payment but were going to try again later so maybe that was what it was...it did actually work but twice and for the £1 not the 1p.0
