I also received the "could not process payment from your card" email this morning. There's nothing wrong with the card and it has ample funds. They could at least try being honest instead of fabricating excuses.0

went in to my account & it says Your mobile phone order is currently being processed and should be delivered on the agreed day. If there are any problems in completing your order we will contact you. We are unable to provide further information at this present time.0

Yeah!!!!!! I email them back saying "YOU GO TO BE JOKING" lets see if I get a reply, will post it if I do.

I got the same email to send proof of bank account im not sending it and also told them if they want to cancel my order they can

I received the same e mail stating they had problems with my card. Just checked with card company and they have taken a £1.00 not £0.01 from my account. I will be e mailing them back stating they have already taken my money and I will be looking forward to receiving my phone on Friday 29th May !0
