has anyone else had an email from dial a fone asking for a bank statement or credit card statement, I got this,###############
We are currently processing your mobile phone order and as part of our routine checks to protect our customers against fraudulent transactions we would ask that you provide the following documentation:
A recently dated bank statement that clearly shows the name of the account holder, your address and the bank account number.
A recently dated credit card statement that clearly shows the name of the cardholder, your address and the credit card number.
Please note that we do not accept online statements
Please fax the documentation to 0870 366 5360 0870 366 5360 or if you prefer you can scan the document and e-mail to adminbs@dialaphone.com
We will send you an email confirmation once we have received and processed this documentation and we will keep you updated throughout the order process.

You can get this phone for £1 at phones 4 you. But you have to buy £10 credit. Still a good deal though.

Just got this email
We are currently experiencing problems processing your Pay As You Go order as we have been unable to take payment from the credit/debit card you provided to us when you placed your order.
There is no need to take any action at this point as we will try to process the payment again shortly.
If we are successful in taking payment we will send you an e-mail confirmation which will detail the new delivery date (if we have had to change it).
Unfortunately if we are unsuccessful in taking payment we will cancel the order and you will not be sent any further correspondence.
If your order is cancelled we would recommend you place a new order either with a different credit/debit card or after ensuring funds are available on your original card.
Please note that you can track the progress of your order by logging on to "My Account" at www.dialaphone.com.

Mine still says "Processing Applications" - However when I click on my messages I get "We would like to speak to you regarding your order, please call us on 0844 481 5869 between the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday"Don't tell them your name, Pike!0
