I too received the email regarding failed payment. I checked My Account this morning and it said the order had been cancelled. However I have just checked again and it now says processing application.0

Quote from Dialaphone email "We are currently experiencing problems processing your Pay As You Go order as we have been unable to take payment from the credit/debit card you provided to us when you placed your order.
There is no need to take any action at this point as we will try to process the payment again shortly.
If we are successful in taking payment we will send you an e-mail confirmation which will detail the new delivery date (if we have had to change it).
Unfortunately if we are unsuccessful in taking payment we will cancel the order and you will not be sent any further correspondence."
Hmmm, I'm beginning to see a pattern emerging here. _pale_"We could say the government spends like drunken sailors, but that would be unfair to drunken sailors, because the sailors are spending their own money."

I'd just rather they were honest and admitted to their mistake instead of trying to put the blame on innocent buyers with a perfect credit history. I dont see why we should have credit searches done if we are not going to receive the phones. Come on just be honest with us.Mortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -
Just checked my order. Email advising they cannot take the payment. Nothing since but account status on Dialaphone shows oredr cancelled.:mad:0

Order cancelled "Our records show that your order has been cancelled. Due to data protection, we are unable to provide specific information for the cancellation, however, generally, reasons include failing to meet the network providers criteria, credit status, lack of funds. Any monies debited will automatically be refunded within 10 working days. We am sorry that we cannot help you further with this matter"

This one came after the order had been reinstated and after i had phoned them, given my card details again and had the order confirmed for delivery tomorrow by the sales girl i spoke to - is there anything else they will do to wangle their way out of this - i feel like phoning again to see whats going on but it will just end up costing me more money...0 -
Just noticed this on my account page...

Like everyone has said, I wish they would just be honest and say they messed up, rather than blaming all of us!0 -

I am just putting it aside as one of life's little hiccups and accepting I will never own a 1p phone (and also adding Dialaphone to my ever growing hate list)."We could say the government spends like drunken sailors, but that would be unfair to drunken sailors, because the sailors are spending their own money."
