Spoke to a manager and he said the email saying card declined should not have been sent out if that had not happened and will get customer services to come back to me tomorrow. I thinks its either a scam to harvest email/postal addresses or their marketing people cocked up big time and underestimated the response. They are using the data protection act as a cover and incorrectly. If challenged I believe they are obliged to show you what they have on their system. Hope Martin will comment on this0

i sent them an email half hour ago telling them they are out of order telling us its our fault when clearly it isnt i also said i would be taking the matter further and that they really should be looking into there customer service as well a whole lot of other carp that had to be saidbest win in 2011:eek: 4 nights in Las Vegas :eek:

I have also received the cancellation email, just checked credit card and no money deducted, luckily. Good luck to those still waiting for phones/refunds

They are not honouring it, ordered 2 and paid my 2p, then to recieve a day later this reply.........................................................................
