I'd like to join if I may?
I'd quite like to lose about a stone and a half to get to my target weight of 8 1/2 stone. This month, I had pledged to get down to 9 stone by my birthday on the 21st, but I don't think that's going to happen. Will weigh myself in the full glory of tomorrow morning, and will write down what I weigh, and figure out my game plan from there!0 -

Suja, you must be about my weight and we have a similar goal weight. So is tara747. Definitely helps to have people on here about the same place as you. Did you weigh yourself and do you have a lan of action (that I can steal;))
Had my WW weigh in tonight. Have lost 4lb since I started, I am now 9st 11 officially.:j
Which means only 1lb in June so far because I thought I was 9st 12 on the 1st. Still delighed with 4lb in about 16 days. A pound every 4 days would mean I would get to my goal weight of 8st 9lb by 16th August, which is when I go to Centreparcs.
Weighed 4lbs in tins of beans...it's quite heavy!Debt £26k 18/10/140 -

All in all a disaster. But I can redeem myself. Can't I?[/QUOTE]

hiya!
Congrats to everyone! I have lost 1lb this week, which is good going because I have been away and haven't been calorie counting. Climbing to the summit of Skiddaw and back burns 4000 calories!!! Not that I recommend this as a form of exercise, it took me 6 hours, and nearly killed me. so steep on the way down that my thigh muscles kept contracting even if i wasn't moving!
Its a "hormonal" week for me, so I hope to say greater loss of poundage next week.
Good luck everyone!someone i know is safe and snug and they're drifting off to sleep. round and round a little boat, no bigger than your hand, out on the ocean far away from land, take the little sail down. light the little light. this is the way to the garden in the night...0 -
I looked up at the summit of Skiddaw a few years back and that took 4000 calories off me. Had to rush off and get a cream tea.0
