Well done once again to all the losers!

My final weigh-in of the month shows I've lost another 2lbs, taking me to the full 7lbs for the month and 2 stone 9lbs loss since I started mid March :D. As I always say, i still have a way to go, but am creeping towards the 3 stone goal which I'd like to achieve before I go on hol to Turkey mid August :).

See you fellow 'long haulers' on the July thread! :rotfl:

    Hello everyone, :hello:

I have had some success too. I started at 9st 12lb. Quite a slow start to the month, but last WW weigh I was 9st 7and a half. My scales are now saying 9st5 so I might have done the whole 7lb. To be on the safe side I am declaring 4.5 lb off, which I am over the moon with.

And I have been running loads, my longer runs are now 4 or 5 miles. Cut the alcohol down to one bottle of wine per week (from 3), and thinking I could probably cut it out altogether and not really notice. Have cut out the cr*p more or less. Aside from the fact I have gone from 10st 1 to around 9 and a half in the last 6 weeks and I feel absolutely fantastic, healthier, more positive, and I have really enjoyed it too. :j

So thanks to everyone who posts on the thread, it really was the motivator to get me started and it has helped keep me going. And well done to the losers, and keep up the good work to everyone else, it will pay off in the end:T

    Hi there
Just weighed in and lost 1 pound this week - so total loss for the month is 3 pounds- not quite the 7 pounds I hoped for......

Anyway 3 pounds is not to be sniffed at so for july I'm going to really try and do at least 3 cycle rides a week and go on my wii a couple of times - as I have been really lazy!!

Does anyone have any good exercise tips for burning off calories??

    Thanks
    Dee
