Banwa --i only wish i was so small around the waist--i am ,94 but it seems my hips are shrinking faster than anything-i dont know how it can be relevant because both my waist and hips have got smaller and i started out at ,93--mr snake hips lol
can i ask people how they set their total end goal weight in this race to the perfect body--my target of 70kgs was told to me by a dietician when i weighed 80,1kgs and has no basis in logic----i have read i should be lean weight plus 15pc which would make my target 68,5kg---she used a scanner to read my dimensions but must have changed because through crash dieting i have lost a lot of my muscle it seems!

0.94 is perfect for a male.

My goal weight is the weight I was when I was happy with my body

dont feel a perfect male lol--my stomach was the biggest problem at the outset and still is the biggest part of me---albeit a little less in volume.--i wish it had shrunk in proportion to the rest of me! but i think such is the plight of middleaged men.
i am 1,5kgs away from my first goal but enjoying the dietry control i have on myself now and it is tempting to aim lower-i belong to a diet calory counting site and some of the small numbers they seem to be aiming for are mind blowing--my bmi will be 22,3 but they arent happy with 19 something!!--most of them are women and i think there is a big difference between the sexes when it comes to anything about diets!!--no man wants to be a weedy person but women seem to relish in that state--girls us men love curves!!

2.5 lbs lost for me this week, which is 4.5lb for the month so far so only 2.5lbs to go to meet the target this month.

    Good luck all.
